There a scam I got a car a year ago form them my warranty has paid 6 grand in repairs not including the over 1 grand I've paid now I find out I was lied to when I I got a car a year ago form them my warranty has paid 6 grand in repairs not including the over 1 grand I've paid now I find out I was lied to when I asked if my car was involved in a crash and told no but to find out it was, not my transmission needs replaced or repaired but they r 9nly will to pay 2grand n then I'm maxed out n have to pay the rest ice tryed 2 times to get me out of this car with them n they r no help n could care less More

DO NOT BUY/LEASE A CAR FROM Joe Cecconi's! It has been nothing but a hassel! I had previously reviewed this dealership in a positive manner, but that since has changed. When I was going thr It has been nothing but a hassel! I had previously reviewed this dealership in a positive manner, but that since has changed. When I was going through the leasing process they had told me that they were going to buy out my current lease that had 5 payments left and were going to pay the fees associated with ending the lease early..which they didn't and I had to cover the disposition fee! When I picked up my new car, it was FILTHY! There was dirt on the glove compartment box, in the door handles and on the rug. They said they had it detailed, but whoever did, did a horrible job! Now mind you, I have had this new Lease since the end of March, and they called me TODAY and said they needed "Proof" of my former lease...Which they had been given several times! They said they had new people in the department and my paperwork was missing...are you kidding?!? This will be the First and LAST time I ever work with them. More

Revision to my review yesterday I wrote a review after picking up my new car last night, I was so excited. The car is exactly what I wanted. I picked it up on a rainy, dark night. Obviously the outside was getting rained on so I didn't expect it to look amazing, but this morning when the sun came up I notice mud in the inside of car, and I know its not from me. There was mud on the handle of the glove compartment, mud on the lock on the door handle, there was mud on the underneath of the seat. The day they showed me the car there was mud all over the inside and they did have some of the spots clean but clearly not all of it was cleaned. I believe they take their vehicles to the Delta Sonic on Niagara Falls blvd near their dealership but Delta has never done a good detail on any car I have ever owned so I am shocked that Joe Cecconi's didn't make sure the car was perfect before letting me drive off the lot. Don't get me wrong, I was happy with Kahlil and my experience at Joe Cecconi's, just super disappointed that I had to clean my BRAND NEW CAR today (the day after I bought it)! More

Terrible buying experience period! Everything about this place is a joke, The sales experience was terrible. The place NEVER has the same staff, they take DAYS to figure out a deal and Everything about this place is a joke, The sales experience was terrible. The place NEVER has the same staff, they take DAYS to figure out a deal and in the process multiple (20+ hits on your credit) to come back to you with a deal that is way more than you previously discussed.. I went to West Herr and bought the same car with less miles and a year newer for 1200$ less and all in the same day... If you want to be ignored by your sales agent and wait days to find out if you are approved for a car, this is the place to go! More

If you want to do everything yourself then but a car from th Sales people are great but everyone else is a nightmare. If you actually talk to a person (usually you only get a voicemail) you're always told they'l Sales people are great but everyone else is a nightmare. Luckily I'm proactive and took care of everything myself because I'm still waiting to hear back on why the finance company had no record of my vehicle and why I don't have the registration for my husband's. They claim they sent the registrations on the same day but if thats the case why do i have it for one vehicle and not the other. I've been going back and forth for two months now. More

I had just paid my van off that I bought through Joe Cecconis in 201p,so when they had called me to do a survey,I let them know how unhappy I was the I had just paid my van off that I bought through Joe Cecconis in 201p,so when they had called me to do a survey,I let them know how unhappy I was the last couple times I went there over the last couple years,well to my surprise,they called me the next day to apologize and asked what they could do to change me mind,I told them I wanted to upgrade the van and get my husband a truck,they told what they could do and were very honest about it,they brought me in,didnt keep me there for long and came through! the best part was the awesome sales girl Renee Campbell,she was super nice and exremely honest and worked very hard to get me a good deal,if you go there,go see her! Very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them! More
