It was great to work with David McCoy on the purchase of our new Toyota Prius C. He gave us the information we needed, understood what we were looking for and gave us the time and opportunity to weigh the final decision. We would definitely recommend people work with David. excellent and fast service. I really enjoyed working with David on getting the 2013 rav4. He showed me all the features and went into detail on them. He also took the time to show me and introduce me to different people at the shop with which i will be dealing in the future for any maintance i may need. What I really appreciated is that he came in on his day off just to meet with me since that was the only day i could come in. I would definitely recommend him to anyone i know trying to buy a car.

David McCoy was exceptional to work with. My wife and I could not have asked for better or more friendly service and assistance. He was adept at giving us just the right amount of information and it was clear that we could trust him from the beginning of our conversation. Today I am a very happy Prius owner because of David. My wife and I have purchased two new vehicles from David at Heyward Allen Toyota. We purchased a Camry in 2007 and just recently purchased a 2012 4Runner in June of this year. I would not deal with any other dealership in the area. In both purchases, David gave us a no haggle price that was cheaper than any other dealerships in the area. David worked with us to get the exact vehicle we wanted. He searched cars in transit, found what we wanted, and had the accessories added we wanted. Great customer service!!!! Both incidents were low pressure and an enjoyable process. I would recommend anyone buying a car to visit David at Heyward Allen.
