From the moment we stepped on the lot and we were greeted buy Victor, it was totally different. He was friendly and helpful, and most importantly listened when we explained what we wanted. David was the same. We could not have asked for a better group of people to help us. Between Victor, David, John and Ken,they all went out of their way, explaining everything as we went along, answering all of our questions and concerns. Never did we feel as if anyone was trying to sell us anything we didn't want. They put the customer first. I would tell anyone looking for a car, new or pre-owned, go to Cerritos Ford.
