My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
Walked in and shared with David what I needed and how fast. Might have been a bit challenging, but David arranged for all I requested (price, color, trade-in etc) as needed, no problem, no drama, no surprises. Then, he helped out with setting up the radio controls and understanding the features my new Camry. The car looked great when leaving the shop. I could not be more satisfied.

Matt was also very professional, helpful and timely. Again, 5/5.

Mr Lancaster, you have a solid operation I will be back when I need my next new Toyota.

David Virgell was excellent. He was funny and had a great attitude and after driving a used car, we ended up getting a 2012 model. He was very easy to work with and we didn't feel pressured. We liked him a lot and would recommend him to our friends.

My entire experience at Jon Lancaster was fabulous. Dave Virgell is without a doubt the best car salesman I have ever bought/leased a car from. He was funny, down to earth, honest- and made the whole experience stress free. I never felt pressured to say yes to anything, as Dave was a great listener and very understanding of my budget. All the employees were very accommodating, and I look forward to bringing my new 2012 Camry SE into the service shop for all my car needs. Thanks!!!

Thanks to Dave Virgell for giving us the best new car buying experience we've ever had. Dave was attentive to our needs, despite being very busy. He was knowledgeable on our new Venza and bent over backwards to surpass our expectations and treat us properly. Dave even came in on his day off to complete the process when most convenient for our schedule. Having seen first-hand how some other Madison dealerships treat their customers, Jon Lancaster and Dave Virgell proved that buying a new car can be an enjoyable, honest and low-pressure experience. Mike was our first contact. He showed us what we wanted to see without the heavy sell. John went out of his way to work with financing in order to get us in a new vehicle. Granted, it was not the model we started with but we are very pleased with the results. David helped us the day we came to pick up our new Corolla. He answered all our questions. He even took the plates I transfered over and scoured the rust off them! We have never driven Toyota before. I have high expectations that I am sure will be satisfied. Thanks, guys!

My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
Me and my wife were very pleased with our experience at Jon Lancaster Toyota. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by a rep who learned we were interested in a Scion. He then handed us over to David Virgell. From the very beginning David was very welcoming and "sincerely" friendly. As someone who works in customer service this is always great to see, compared to someone who is forcibly trying too hard or "laying it on extra thick".

Not only were we impressed by his warm personality but his deep knowledge of your vehicles, programs, safety features, etc. He also went the distance to make sure I was getting the vehicle best suited for what I had wanted. He was not trying to get me out as quick as possible with a quick sale. He and the financial adviser actually stayed about 2 and a half hours after the dealership had closed to finish the paperwork so we could pick the car up the following Monday!

I would gladly send those I know to Jon Lancaster Toyota, particularly to David Virgell. David offered an abundance of knowledge, but also supplied humor and fun. Thank you for a great experience David!

I started with receiving a Internet price quote on a vehicle I was interested in. The staff responded to the request within minutes and provided very staightforward and great pricing on not just the vehicle I requested, but for several similar vehicles. All staff that I worked with were extremely helpful and they worked as a team. The staff at Jon Lancaster answered my questions promptly. Staff at Jon Lancaster went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly and they gave me a great price on the vehicle I selected. I would definately consider Jon Lancaster for my next vehicle purchase. I would also recommend Jon Lancaster to my friends and family. Thank you for the positive experience.

Dave was friendly and knowledgeable but in no way "pushy" in the way some sales people are stereotyped. We received prompt attention and were presented with good alternative choices. It is good to do business with an organization that appears to
