They told us we needed new tires because nails in three tires. A small tack was in one of the tires - however it was not deep enough to cause any air loss. And after a very close inspection no nails coul tires. A small tack was in one of the tires - however it was not deep enough to cause any air loss. And after a very close inspection no nails could be found in the other tires. They saw where the tire was marked however there were not any nails or air loss. This place is scam city! More

Pleasant Car Buying Experience David Chen was great. We walked into the dealership and were not greeted by anyone until David came to us and won us over! He patiently listened to what we were looking for and accommodated our test drive desires. In the end, his professionalism and dedication to go above and beyond lead to a great experience. His team in Tony and Fitz were good; Tony worked on getting us the deal and Fitz closed it as as speedily as possible. Everyone worked hard to earn our trust and our business. A few tweaks and it would have been 5 star: Have a greeter at all doors - we did a few laps before someone acknowledged us (on a Thursday afternoon), make sure sales ticks off all the right boxes before finance takes over to avoid delays and having to go back to redo paperwork. Minor things, but after 6 hours at the dealership its little details that stand out. More

Tony went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the minivan that I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided minivan the process was absolutely painless and handled very professionally. I'm still happy with my recent purchase. The service department Devaughn Johnson was great as well! The manager Luis took time out of his busy day to answer questions and shown his great leadership on high customer satisfaction. Thanks to Tony, Luis and Devaughn. Purchase of a 2017 Honda CRV-EXL (7k miles!! Like new!!) FABULOUS DEALERSHIP DURING PURCHASE OF MY 2017 HONDA CRV-EXL...FROM THE TOP...DOWN! I was driving a sedan and had previously owned an SUV and trul FABULOUS DEALERSHIP DURING PURCHASE OF MY 2017 HONDA CRV-EXL...FROM THE TOP...DOWN! I was driving a sedan and had previously owned an SUV and truly missed the room and the higher profile of an SUV. My Nissan sedan was starting to give me problems and I knew it was time to seriously consider getting back into an SUV. My Mom has raved about the Sales Team and the Service Team at WESLEY CHAPEL HONDA since way back when, and she recently purchased her second HONDA CR-V from this dealership. My stepdad drives the CR-V EXL she previously drove, and this time around, my mom purchased a CR-V TOURING. Almost everyday, she was telling me how safe and amazing this “Smart 🎓 Car” is! HONDA’s reputation speaks for itself; it’s really hard to beat them, so I was merely going to test drive a CR-V to get a feel for it. My Salesman, Mohammed “Mo” Albaxxxxi, greeted me with such a great smile 😊 and a kind, patient manner. He then introduced me to his Sales Manager, Damian Stone 👍🏻 and I immediately knew that this team had my best interest at heart and truly listened 👂🏻to my needs. Both Mo and Damian asked me what I was looking for as far as features, and we all agreed that a CR-V EXL would fit the bill. Mo took me outside to an awaiting CR-V EXL for a test drive. All during the test drive, Mo patiently pointed out so many safety features, as well as the Apple Car Play, and I was completely impressed! This car is AMAZING! I sat down with Mo and Damian, as well as with the “New York Born-Jersey Girl Raised Negotiator", my Mom , and we discussed the different options available to me. I originally thought a 2018 was out of my reach, but Damian knew of a 2017 CR-V EXL that was just traded in the day before ! It only had 7k miles on it! It was the exact color of my choice and had the leather interior I loved. This car was picture perfect! From the exterior to the leather interior, it was just as if it had come off the showroom floor! I had such a great experience working with my Salesman, Mo Albaxxxxi, my Sales Manager, Damian Stone, Sales Manager, Luis Tamayo, Service Manager, Jason Midura, Service Team Advisor DeVaughn Johnson, and Fitz Gallimore in Finance. The General Manager, Michael Speigl, even came out and introduced himself and was genuinely interested in seeing me get what I wanted! Not only do they carry the makes/models that I prefer, but my experience with their sales team has not been what most people expect at dealerships. Our most recent experience was with Mrs. Yamira George, which came as a result of having to unexpectedly trade in the lease we owned. She was caring and understanding about our situation, showed patience and willingness to work with our needs, and literally was the last sales consultant at the dealership with the finance manager late in the evening. I am passionate about sales and service and Wesley Chapel Honda has not let down. Thank you! More

Top Notch! This is THE BEST HONDA DEALERSHIP Out There! My Service Team - I am a repeat customer and extremely fussy with my vehicles; OCD even! Wesley Chapel Honda is the ONLY dealership that I entrust to My Service Team - I am a repeat customer and extremely fussy with my vehicles; OCD even! Wesley Chapel Honda is the ONLY dealership that I entrust to service my cars! I own a 2013 CR-V EX-L with NAV and just purchased a 2018 CR-V TOURING. I also owned an old girl, Rhonda, my 2006 Honda Accord and traded her in towards the purchase of my BRAND NEW 2018 TOURING! Wesley Chapel Honda serviced her and she had 275k miles on her when I bid her farewell! ! The service Manager, Jason Midura, ALWAYS treats me and my vehicles with kid gloves! 🧤He listens intently to any and all concerns I have with my vehicles. Even dumb questions are answered! LOL...Jason ALWAYS lets me leave Wesley Chapel Honda knowing that my vehicle was not man-handled and that my service was done to my 💯 complete satisfaction! I’ve never even had a fingerprint left on my NAV screen! ?? LOL . My service advisor, Craig Payer, is so pleasant, funny, thorough as well, and on the mark with letting me know how long my service should take and constantly updates me. He also makes sure I am completely satisfied with my service. He would even bake me a batch of cookies if I asked him to! 😉🍪 Stacey and DeVaughn are also great and have been my advisors as well! My new beauty has only been in to the service department for a loose piece of trim and that was taken care of by Jason Midura, and it took all of 10 minutes! The new beauty has not needed any real service yet, but as stated above, I am a picky person and I know that my service team at MY dealership, Wesley Chapel Honda, will take care of her as if she is their own!! Now for my Sales Team - SUPERB!! 👌🏻 From the minute I stepped foot onto the dealership, I felt confident that Wesley Chapel would give me the best deal!! I was met by “Mo” but, I am a New Yorker, raised in Jersey and I asked to see his Sales Manager, and he led me to Damian Stone. What can I say about this team other than OUTSTANDING; “THE DYNAMIC DUO”!! I’m a tough negotiator, and they both sensed this from the getgo. Straight talking Jersey Girl for sure! 😉 I do my homework and had another quote from a different Honda dealership. I didn’t like the “style” of the GM I was dealing with there, too brash! I felt that Damian and Mo could win my business and they truly did! They had their work cut out for them, and my poor husband warned them! LOL...But what a deal I got! I wanted a Silver 2018 TOURING model. So does everyone, it seems! Damian arranged for a Silver one to be delivered from Gainesville. I wanted to know the odometer reading at the dealership in Gainesville and the approximate mileage she would have on her when she arrived in Wesley Chapel because I like to buy cars with no more than 10 miles on them. She was delivered with the promised mileage; not a mile more! I am such a nit picker and noticed a tiny bump in the leather in the back seat. Damian and Mo arranged for their fabulous leather guy, Nick Mohr, to come to my home the next day and heat it! My NEW BEAUTY is picture perfect and the sound system blows the doors off of any crossover or any vehicle out there! So many bells and whistles, too! I feel so safe driving her and that is extremely important to me. I text Mo and Damian with dumb questions about her and Mo has already tutored me on somethings she can do! Bad Service! Wesley Chapel Honda (Service) is just awful to deal with. The first time my car was taken here to have a hitch put on they managed to damage the bump Wesley Chapel Honda (Service) is just awful to deal with. The first time my car was taken here to have a hitch put on they managed to damage the bumper and needed to send it out for paint to repair. They attempted to give it back to me damaged, but thankfully I checked before I took acceptance of the vehicle. On a second occasion when going for a typical maintenance I was informed that an appointment is simply for them to better schedule their day. They do NOT work on your vehicle timely and a simple oil change takes over an hour for your vehicle to be taken back. Unacceptable practice. More
