My Review of Precision Acura of Princeton:
We have purchased and/or leased 4 cars with Precision Acura as we have always had a pleasant experience with both sales and service. Debro Kent has been a pleasure to deal with each time. We went to other car dealers (Acura included) but we still like Precision Acura the best and also received the best price with Precision Acura.

We are also very pleased with the service department at Precision Acura. Even though it is a distance, we still prefer to take our cars for service there so 5* for Precision Acura and Debro Kent.

My Review of Precision Acura of Princeton:
I have now bought or leased 4 Acura TL's from Precision Acura. Debro Kent has been involved with all of them. I have all my service work done by Precision. This car dealership is the best I have experienced in my car driving life. Debro is a true gentlemen and professional. He is fair, straight forward, honest, and dedicated. The prices at Precision are great, the service is great, the people are nice. The service dept with Rodney and the others always takes care to advise me of what's going on with my car. Overall I highly recommend Precision, Debro Kent, and the service dept to anyone. Great job and thank you Precision.

I would rate my experience at Precision Acura as very positive. The automobile I was interested in was described accurately by the dealership, which is always appreciated. It was also priced at a very fair value. Our consultant, Debro Kent, took the time to listen to our needs and was very patient with us; there was no "hard sell" here, only a genuine desire to match our needs with the right timing and the right vehicle to make everybody - both us and the dealership - happy.

I will recommend both this dealership and Mr. Kent to anyone I know who is looking for a new or used car that meets their need at a fair price.

My Review of Precision Acura of Princeton:
Mr. Kent greeted us and we knew exactly what we wanted. He took us to the car immediately and had us drive it. When we got back he produced all the documentation for the car so that we could see what the previous owner as well as the dealer had done to it. It produced the car fax.
We put down a deposit and arranged a day to pick it up. We went to the dealer that day and Mr. Kent had the car prepped and ready.
He did not try to up-sell or cross-sell things we were not interested in. It was a thoroughly professional exchange.

My Review of Precision Acura of Princeton:
My sister and brother in law both bought Acura's in May 2011 and were impressed with the service they received at Precision Acura. I was definitely going to buy a pre owned, certified car and after listening to their experience at Precision Acura I decided to give them a shot. I am a buyer, not a shopper once I make a decision. I had done my research for about 3 wks prior to making my decision on car type and dealership,

We scheduled an appointment with Debro Kent and based on my requirements he was able to provide me with the car I wanted in the price point I wanted.

Debro was professional and cut to the chase which was one of my requirements as a buyer and not a shopper. I left Precision Acura in my new pre owned, certified MDX. I went back a few days later to get the all weather mats, and Danny in parts was great!!! He not only installed the mats for me but helped me get the Sirius radio working...the customer service in the place is phenomenal!!! The women in administration are friendly and very helpful.

Precision Acura scores high marks in customer service which is very important to me when and where I chose to spend my money!

My Review of Precision Acura of Princeton:
My search for a vehicle lasted for about 2 months. If I had known about the great experience I would have at Precision ahead of time, I would've not gone anywhere else. The customer service, and relationship was exceptional. My salesperson was Debro Kent. He created an environment which did not put pressure on the buyer, but rather, made the buyer feel comfortable with their choices, and decision. Debro also advised me on certain aspect of the process. Any questions, issues or concerns I had, Debro was ready and willing to give them due attention. I went to 4 other Acura dealers and none of those dealerships came close to comparing to what I experienced at Precision Acura. Debro catered to my needs as a customer, and when things seemed grim, Debro continued to work hard in order to make sure my expectations were met. Precision Acura also seems to have many loaner cars for customers who are bringing their car in for servicing. I found that not all dealerships have a big stock of loaners, which sets Precision Acura apart from the rest. You are doing yourself a favor by coming to Precision Acura for your purchasing needs. Debro Kent is a salesman I would recommend to anyone.
