Denise Lewis at OC Nissan Irvine

My comments are for the service department. Over the years, I have always had high expectations of customer service of whom ever I have done business with. Unfortunately, at the age of 68 I have been disappointed many times. Except for the folks in your service department. No matter how challenging or difficult the situation was at hand, they have always maintained a very high degree of professionalism, and the willingness to go to any lengths to take care of our Nissan. And to that extent, I always recommend to my friends, and business associates, young and old that your people can be trusted with their car.

Julie Prescott has helped me eveytime I had my car serviced at OC Nissian in Irvine. She gives me great customer service! She is always watching out for me. Making sure I am educated on what my car needs. She is full of knowledge and update on her work. I really appreiciate her. Julie takes pride in her work!

They went out of their way to apply my major expense ( Struts / shocks) vs my extended
warranty. Saved me $600++

I also love the $19 oil change card. They also work with me to discount some parts since I have 3 Nissans.


Awesome. Service manager is also very customer-focused
