Dennis Lee at Hendrick Honda

I was honest with Dennis and Dennis was honest with me. I told him what I wanted and he came through. The quality of the vehicle was excellent and Dennis made it painless.

This is the second time we worked with Dennis Lee. There was no doubt that we would seek him out a second time after he helped us with the purchase of our Honda Civic in the winter. Both times, he was the consummate professional: so helpful, so friendly, and so accommodating. He is just an all around very nice man. We have loved our Hondas (we now own 3, but have owned several others), but, working with Dennis has been the most pleasant and most enjoyable car shopping experience so far. While we are currently not needing any other cars, we will definitely return to Hendrick Honda and to Dennis Lee for our next purchase.

In addition, the woman who helped us with financing both the civic and most recent CRV (I think her name is Kelly) made the process run smoothly and quickly. We purchased the maintenance package and servicing the Civic has been easy and the service great. We look forward to bringing our CRV as well.

I went to Hendrick Honda looking for a good priced, nice car and I found one. Not just any car the one that i really wanted for a long time. By me being a college student i had to find a reasonable priced car. It is driving well and and it is excellent on gas. Mr. Dennis Lee provided great service to me from the time i walk in , sat down and left with my new car.I love it, love it love it. Thank You, I will be back.

I have to be honest I absolutely hated having to go step foot on a car lot for a new car. So when I went my attitude was probably not the best. But when I got on the lot my daughter and I were greeted by a very nice gentleman that took our "we are just looking" and just let us look. Needless to say, Dennis Lee was right there with us when we finally found my car. Before we knew it we were before the "money man" Dorian Gordan, signing away. They are the greatest and deserve a prize for dealing with us! My attitude has changed so much since then that I recently went back with my daughter and she bought herself a car from Dennis too! Thanks Dennis and Dorian, I definitely will always come back to Hendrick!

It is very hard to explain my experience at Henrick's Honda on 1/07/2012 because it was God's favor and the right people are there. I brought in my 2002 Honda for an oil change and decided to walk over and look and some used vehicles. Dennis Lee was the first person I saw and from that point on, God took over and work through Dennis Lee and the Finance Manager to assist with the purchase of my vehicle. I left with a 2008 Honda Accord EX. The staff is SUPER, FRIENDLY and I will not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle except Hendricks Honda. I love my car and it has everything I wanted on a vehicle. I feel truly bless and Dennis Lee is a wonderful person. HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!!!!!!!!!

We come to Hendrick Honda for many reasons, but the biggest is your staff. Dennis Lee is wonderful. We have brought 3 cars from him over the past 6 years. He keeps in touch with us throughout the years. We had not seen him in 5 years and we walked in on Saturday, said our names, and he remembered us, what cars we bought and our personal stories. I am always nervous about looking for a new car because of the hassle it can be. Dennis takes that completely away with his friendliness and professionalism. He asks the right questions to find what we are our main priorities are...style, year, price, etc. He gets the best price he can and we go from there. Nate was great to work with too. We needed to see financing several different ways and he always got that for us. Kellie Jo was very good at explaining the paperwork and warranties to us. She even got us a better interest rate than expected.

Got the car we were looking for and got a good deal on our trade-in. In hindsight, I would like to have tried to talk the price of the car down a little more, but that was all my fault, not the salesman's. At least we were able to get in and out of the dealership within a few hours' time.

We were greeted by Dennis Lee with a very positive response to our need of a new car. He encouraged us that we could find what we were looking for and that he would help us to do that. He did just that. Also, Sean McLane gave us a great deal for the "buck" and worked with us all the way to fulfill our needs and budget. Joseph Gamati made sure we understood all the special deals for our car and helped us to make wise decisions for the length of our financing and beyond. Charles Beard was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding our financing and paperwork needed that everything went really well. All of these guys worked together to make a very positive experience in buying our new Honda Civic. We highly recommend them and the whole dealership!
