My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
Our new car purchase was terrific from start to finish; excellent (and consistent)pricing, friendly and efficient staff, and clear explanations of all aspects of the process including how our trade-in was evaluated and priced. We worked our way through the inevitable paperwork relatively quickly (though it's never quick), and Charles helped us to learn the new features of our car and answered our questions with great ease and obvious pride in the car. The price we were quoted on the phone was the price that we were given when we arrived in person--in sharp contrast to our experience at another local dealership. This is the way car purchasing should be!

I bought Toyota Venza from Brown's Toyota. I am giving great review because guys from Brown's Toyota were very honest and could make a deal with the promised price and condition. I have experience with several other dealers, who tried to "cheat" by advertising low price on not existing cars or couldn't match own price on the site.
