I purchased a new vehicle for my mother, a 2010 Highlander Limited which fits her lifestyle perfectly. Working with all three gentlemen was extremely stress free for a first time solo buyer like myself.

Although things were primarily worked out over the phone with my husband because of the distance of where I live, I could not have asked for anything better when I arrived at the dealership.
My car was clean and ready for test drive. Paperwork was ready and all it needed was my pen with ink.

I cannot believe how excellent a deal was made and ready within 2hrs and I got EXACTLY what I wanted.

Great & friendly servies. The dealership facility is clean and well set-up. The price is good but Toyota(manufacture) only give little room of price to work with. The overall experience was great. Beside the time of negociating the price, the time of getting all the documents ready were very very impressive. Greg Kern was with us all the time and tirelessly explaining every single feature of the car til' the end. we had a great experience with the purchase. We will recommend people to Greg Kern, not necessary to the dealership. It's not the company, it's the people!
