My Review of Northwest MINI:
I had a great experience going to NW MINI! From Tim Fletcher's first contact with me on the phone, to test drivng, and finally signing on my Mini, this has been the best dealer experience I've ever had. Tim was great to work with! He took time on the phone to talk with me about what I was looking for in a new car and talking to me about the MINI. He set up an appointment for a test drive. I felt that he really listened to what I was saying about what I was looking for in a car and took time to awnswer all of my questions. I never felt that I was being upsold to car with options I wasn't interested in. I didn't feel any of the pressure you usually get from dealers (i.e. "What can we do today to make this sale?"). Everyone there was genuinely friendly and looked like the really enjoy working there and have fun doing their jobs. I would highly recommend NW MINI to anyone who is interested in a MINI.

My Review of Northwest MINI:
As a couple this is the second NEW vehicle we have purchased together. The first experience was horrendous and we were very hesitant when we drove onto this dealers lot. We were observed, and given space. When we looked as if we were ready to ask questions Rocky was right there waiting with answers lacking pressure. It was amazingly pleasant. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable with the most honest, no surprises later responses. We will recommend all family members and friends use this dealership. And thank you very much for the time spent on the phone calls, paperwork & continued follow up emails. We feel very much a part of the MINI family.

My Review of Northwest MINI:
I orginally purchased my Mini in 2006 from Brad and Diane helped with the financing. When Lakecity opened I thought great, same make, the same guy owns both places must be the same great quality experience WRONG!!. Over the last few year I had begun to not only hate the idea of dealing with Lakecity but seriously thought about getting rid of the car in general given the list of issues it had according to Lakecity. This last Saturday I went to Fife to say hi to the gang and in the course of our conversation explained the fore mentioned furstation.

Well in the span of little over an hour not only were my concerns handled by Bert(in service), the car repaired (under extended warrenty), my faith in the brand restored, but the most serious "issues" that Lakecity "found" didnt even exist.

In short, you want a MINI? buy it from Brad in Fife, want it financed? talk to Diane, when it needs something you talk to Bert. I would drive past Lakecity Mini on my way to NW Mini anyday, this from a guy with 22 years in the customer service biz.
