Dmitar Kastelov at Lawless Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram SRT

This is our second time purchasing from Phil at Lawless and we are beyond satisfied! They got what we needed within our tight budget and on a VERY short time restraint. After having both our vehicles totaled in our driveway, we were so very stressed and they made purchasing 2 used vehicles nearly painless. If the RMV would hurry up with the title then we would have our Jeep Grand Cherokee but for now we are happy with our VW Golf, also purchased from Phil. Lawless is so eager to keep satisfied customers, that they have even offered to help us with a rental if our Jeep title has not arrived by the time our insurance will no longer pay for the rentals. The light at the end of the tunnel is growing nearer and its very much due to Phil from Lawless Jeep. Thanks Guys!!

Last year I was shopping for a Jeep Compass and went to a dozen dealerships and a friend recommended Lawless as she and her husband had purchased several jeeps over the years from them. I was not getting the price I wanted anywhere and I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, color features etc. When I arrived I met Dmitar and he was extremely helpful and they had the exact car I wanted. I told him what I wanted to pay. I had a bad experience with the sales manager at the time and left but Dmitar saved the sale. We maintained a relationship since and I have sent him several referrals since. Everyone who has gone to see him has told me how professional and great he is to work with which is important as these are not only friends but business contacts. A few months later my boyfriend decided he loved my jeep so much he wanted one and we began hunting again. Dmitar knew what we wanted and when the perfect Grand Cherokee came in he called us and we bought it that day. We would absolutely buy another car from him. He is always friendly says hello when we come in for service. Lawless is very lucky to have him.

I was in the market for a new SUV, I contacted a few local dealers Quirk, Clark, DeLuca and Lawless. I provided the same specifications/trim level requirements to all 4 dealerships. Some quotes were outrageous and one was reasonable from get go.
I then, visited Lawless and was greeted by Dimitar. After dealing and visiting the other dealers it was clear to me that purchasing and dealing with Lawless was a complete pleasure; no pressure, no games, no typical salesman pitches. They provided exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. Upon pickup Dimitar (came in on his day off) and spent time explaining the car’s functionality in detail. He has been available on email and even provided his assistance during a minor emergency/question with the vehicle. The honest to God truth is, for me personally, it really was a pleasure dealing with Lawless, specifically Dimitar and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Dmitar and Chris were both wonderful to work with. They did not play the "typical" car salesman game. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price that I wanted to pay. I had been looking to buy a new jeep wrangler unlimited and after visiting a few dealerships I ended up at lawless. I found the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They were not pushy at all and wanted to do what they could to accommodate me. Their prices were extremely competitive and the service by all of the people I dealt with was top notch. I highly recommend buying a car at this dealership and would come back for my next purchase.

I must say that I was very impressed with the service there in particular Shane Boucher. He took the time to explain the car's features and was extremely professional. This is my third car that I have brought from Lawless and I will continue to be a repeat customer. All of the staff greeted you with a smile and a hello and were very considerate. This dealership will do you no wrong and I recommened them highly if looking for a new or used car.

I went to Lawless because they are a long-standing dealer and friends had a good experience purchasing there. Dimitar Kastelov , my salesperson was a straight shooter and handled things very professionally. He allowed me to test drive a Wrangler extensively and on my own - no pressure or being pushy. Dimitar offered me the option of purchasing a vehicle on the lot, locating a model on another dealer's lot or ordering from the factory. I never felt rushed. We ended up ordering the Wrangler to get it built with the options that were important to me without paying for items I didn't need. We were able to accomplish much of our conversation on the phone and over email, which worked better for me with my busy schedule.

Dan Matranga, Lawless's Business Development Manager has been very helpful in making my purchase of the Wrangler a reality. His willingness to assist and candidly work with me is much appreciated. He is very professional and has been instrumental in my decision to purchase the Wrangler from Lawless. He's great to work with.

We agreed on a reasonable price and ordered the Wrangler. I'm looking forward to having it arrive in January. I'll report back on the delivery experience after I pick the car up. Can't want for it to get here!!

My husband just bought a new vehicle a few days ago because we needed something more dependable. We did have a very tight budget, and Dimitri, as well as the finance department, was very understanding of that and worked with us. Dimitri was very up front, professional, and did work with us in all areas, which is something we weren't certainly not used to when walking into a car dealership. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone to go see Dimitri if looking for a new vehicle.

I have been doing business with Lawless since 2000. I just purchased my 4th Jeep from them. The sales staff is honest, friendly and fair. The service staff (Steve and Jackie) are always so helpful. I have never brought my vehicles back for services twice for the same issue. I highly recommend Lawless Chrylser Jeep for your next purchase.
