Dmitriy Akselrod at Bob Hastings Buick-GMC, Inc.

Having never leased a car before, I was very apprehensive about the process. However, Dmitriy Akselrod immediately put my concerns to rest. He explained every detail of the process and answered all of my questions about leasing. He not only searched for the Verona with the exact options I wanted in the Buick database, he also kept me constantly updated about it whereabouts and I had the car within a week! When I came to pick it up, Dmitriy spent over a hour with me going over the dashboard controls and how things worked. He then set up the Sirius satellite radio and ON STAR services (which, by-the-way, are free to me with the the 2-year lease along with the first payment being made by Buick...how GREAT is that!) He also walked me through the service department and introduced me to the people there so I would know where to go for car maintenance. On the financial side, R C Cavalcanti answered all of my questions about the credit check, the lease signing and the process of returning the car at the end of the lease. He was very informative, friendly and efficient. This has been a wonderful experience...Dmitriy, R C, everyone in the Service Center were very professional, forthright and friendly. By the way, the car is BEAUTIFUL, it rides like a dream and everyone loves it. Bob Hastings Buick was certainly a lucky choice for me!!

Quality service department with experienced and professional staff. I have leased a number of cars from Bob Hastings Buick-GMC as well as having them serviced and have always had a very good experience.

Excellent service as always. Excellent attention to detail. Friendly customer service. Excellent sales and service advice when needed. I am continually impressed as to how well Bob Hastings and it's employees make other dealerships and dealership experiences that I've had, pale by comparison.

I have purchased seven vehicles from the Bob Hastings family of dealerships over the years. They have earned my business and my repeat business by always treating me and my family with respect and courtesy. They are very knowledgable about the cars they sell and do not pressure to buy something that you don't want. Also, the service department takes great care of our vehicles. We are very satisfied customers.

I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from this dealership and have had all my GM vehicles serviced there for over 10 years. I have always been treated with respect and honesty. Dmitry is a terrific salesperson who knows his vehicles and makes the price negotiation painless. RC carefully explained all of the warranty and financing options very clearly and understandably. I have dealt with both Jerry and Jim for many years and whenever I explain any problem I'm having with my vehicle, they seem to know just what the cause is. This is a great dealership because they have great people!

Dmitry was pleasant and found the car that matched our needs at a reasonable price.He was careful to see that we had maximum benefits from our GM mastercard account points. He is prompt, attentive to details and very easy to work with.
We have purchased cars from this dealership since 1984 and have always been pleased with our treatment here.

Best dealer I have ever dealt with. Great sales service and management team. Wish I could refer more more business! I have dealt with this dealership for about 25 years. I have purchase new and used vehicles and have always been completely satisfied. Each purchase I make is a great experience from start to finish. I have never made a purchase at any business where the owner has personally came up to me and show such appreciation, gratitude and satisfaction in assisting me in a major purchase-non the class simply being a customer. The management and service person ell have been tremendously helpful and courteous over the past two plus decades. The dealership is without a doubt the most professional GM dealer around. I would without a doubt refer any individual to experience the sales service and personal attention that I received. My hat is off to David Stetzal and his staff. If anybody would like a referral, I would more than appreciate the call.

Mr. Akselrod's professionalism in all aspects and phases of a new car purchase transaction was the highest level I have ever experienced, purchasing in excess
of 35 vehicles over the years.

He made a good and very effective presentation of the product without applying
sales hype that often is most distasteful.

I went there to purchase a new vehicle. Very nervous , when I got there I immediately felt at ease. The sales person made me feel comfortable explained everything to me. Then the finance officer took almost a hour with me talking ,even about his children.IT'S been a few years I forgot his name I think it was Demitrius. After purchasing the car went for my service (oil change etc) after about three months, wanted to make sure everything was ok !!! The owner actually came and talk to me ,but I really don't have any further worries it's been two years now and the service department takes excellent care of my car, I really feel special there. I think his name is Rick ,but any one that you see there I personally know they would be happy to help and or explain !!! GIVE THEM A CHANCE YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!!!

Our experience was fantastic. We had started through another dealer and beacme frustrated with the lack of follow through and false promises. Dmitriy was professional and courteous and highly efficient which we really appreciated after wasting so much time with the other dealer. Dmitriy took an amazing amount of time with us to make sure we knew all of the features our new truck had to offer. We are truly appreciative!
