First car bought through a dealership, Don was great to deal with and very helpful and easy to deal with. Very good personality. I had a problem with my vehicle 400 miles-3 weeks later and Don did everything in his power to help with resolve the issue. Very greatful for him.

Recently purchased a 2013 JGC Laredo 4x4 from Diehl Auto. Our salesman was Don Gregg. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. Don demonstrated excellent customer service, even coming in on his day off to accommodate our schedule when finalizing the transaction. There was no pressure throughout and everything was straight forward.

Even when completing the paperwork with the F&I manager Bill Coughenour, his professionalism was appreciated. There was no high pressure when he was proposing the extended warranty products and he delivered a very competitive interest rate for the financing.

I would recommend Diehl Auto to anyone seeking a new Chrysler or Toyota product.

customer service was great, the salesman ( Don Gregg) was very easy going & very helpful, very apolagetic for the time to do the paperwork etc.overall experience was just ok didn't do a very good job on detailing it before I left, Also have to take the car back due to surface scratches.naturally the deal was good could it have been better maybe.

Very friendly. No games, just straight to the deal. Very comfortable atmosphere. We were able to work a deal that we both could live with.
