Don "Guz" Gaudette at Lamoureux Ford

We recently purchased a used car from Don "Guz" Gaudette at Lamoureux Ford in East Brookfield,MA What a pleasure it was having him help us. We bought our last vehicle 13 years ago and dreaded going to a dealership.Guz made the whole experience very enjoyable. He was very helpful and above all honest.We will be in next year to buy a truck.

I was treated fairly and professionally at Lamoureux Ford. They gave me a reasonable trade in for my car while other dealerships tried to low ball my trade. They also provided me with a reasonable purchase price on the used car that I bought from them. I would recommend Lamoureux Ford to family and friends.

I've been purchasing and/or leasing Ford vehicles from Lamoureux Ford for almost 30 years. I enjoy dealing with everyone there, especially with Guz whom I've known for many years. I always have my vehicles serviced there as well as I have the confidence that the service will always be correct.

Just purchased my 10+ vehicle from Lamoureux Ford and couldn't be happier! The sales and service is always friendly and fair. Have been buying from Marc and Lionel for over 28 years and have recommended many friends and family members to purchase there. The sales experience is so easy and quick - looked at the truck on a Tuesday and picked it up on Friday. Bob and Guz couldn't have been more helpful. As always, Marc went out of his way to greet us with a smile and a handshake. Everyone at Lamoureux does a great job!

As always, Guz was a pleasure to deal with! The car I purchased was a perfect fit for me! Both Lionel and Marc stopped by during the purchase signing and congratulated me on my purchase and thanked me for being a repeat customer. Anytime someone mentions thinking of purchasing a new vehicle, I tell them they should go to Lamoureux!

The salesman was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about every vehicle that I was interested in. He was helpful with answering all questions, but did fail to mention a couple large marks to exterior that i didnt notice. The service dept was a bit unhelpful when it came to a few small things i was trying to get resolved prior to leaving the dealership. Which i was at the dealership two days in a row to get everything accomplished and they still couldnt get either thing done. This is my third vehicle from the salesman and i recomend him to everyone. I plan on buying more vehicles from him in the future.

Pleasant Experience buying my Escape. Visited that dealership Multiple times looking at the Escape, and visited many more ford dealers before I decided. Guz always was willing to answer any questions and help me out the many times I was there and didn't yet purchase. After finally deciding to buy, he and Bob were great listening to what I wanted and finding the perfect one at another dealer and getting it for me! Will definitely be back someday.
