Qucik, Exceptional and Painless! I started my new car search with an email to Don and his return phone call. I had found a model I liked on the website and inquired on it and possibl I started my new car search with an email to Don and his return phone call. I had found a model I liked on the website and inquired on it and possibly one without a particular package due to pricing and wanting to stay below a particular dollar amount. Don immediately went to work and within minutes provided me pricing over the phone that was much lower than another dealership had quoted me and the other quote was on a model with less features. It took me just a minute to decide this was my Jeep. Don made this experience painless for me and that was the biggest factor in my purchase other than pricing. The phone call was at 10:30 am and at 5 pm I was looking at my new Cherokee Latitude Plus 4x4 shining at me on the showroom floor. I call this a quick, exceptional and painless process! Thank you to Don for making a believer of me again. More
