After 44 years of marriage, 4 children and the purchase of at least 25 vehicles, the expererience at Duke - without question - was the finest. Both Stan and Don were courteous, knowledgeable and highly professional. They actually made my wife and I feel at home. Try finding that kind of atmosphere at some other dealership! No rush. No hassle. I can assure you that we will recommend Duke to all of our friends. In fact, we already have.

My Review of Duke Automotive Corporation:
I began doing business with Duke Automotive in 1996 which continued until 2006. Several purchases from other dealers did not make me happy, so I returned back to Duke for another try and was not disappointed. The staff was helpful and friendly. Stan explained the workings of our new Acadia to my wife who will be the primary driver. I traded a 2006 SRX Cadillac and recieved a fair price for it, so all in all my wife and I very happy with our experience and will purchase there again soon.

This was an excellent car buying experience. Everyone was courteous and informative while allowing us time to decide whether to lease or buy our next vehicle. Bruce explained all the details of our trade-in and Stan went out of his way to find a car with the additional navigation features we requested. Receiving the car was easy, with Stan's quick lessons, and our sign off on the financial agreements with Don Kelly only took minutes to complete. Stan's follow up messages kept us informed with the purchase which made us feel more comfortable with our dealership and vehicle selection.

My Review of Duke Automotive Corporation:
Recently purchased a GMC Acadia Denali from Duke GMC, I live in VA Beach and Duke is in Suffolk so it is about an hour drive. I had been talking with Christy via email while I have been out of country and after very good dealings with her I decided to stick with Duke after my return regardless of the drive. As soon as I arrived Stan was there to help and to make sure he got me exactly what my wife and I wanted. They did not have the vehicle that we wanted on the lot but quickly found it at another dealership. Don and I sat down and completed all paperwork needed and I was driving the vehicle in 5 days. On the day we picked up our new vehicle Eley was there to complete all the paperwork and answer any questions, he was extremely friendly and helpful. After paperwork drill was complete Stan gave my wife and I the full tutorial on our new vehicle, he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions even with other customers waiting for him. He is very one on one and does not make you feel like just another customer. They were all very professional but down to earth people. Extremely friendly and helpful! They will take care of you without making you feel pressured. I will be using them in the future if I decide to purchase another GMC product.

My Review of Duke Automotive Corporation:
Absolutely the best buying experience I have had, and I have purchased over 10 vehicles in the last 8 years for my wife and I. I used Cars.Com to do my shopping around, and after inquiring about a 2003 Yukon, Ricky contacted me. He is the sole reason why I decided to come down to the dealership in Suffolk, even though I had an appt to see another Tahoe at another Hampton Roads dealership. He not only took the time to find out what I wanted, vice trying to sell me what he had, but he also called me back and did a complete walk around of the Yukon over the phone.
When I arrived at the dealership, Al was at the front door ready to greet me and had already retrieved the keys to the 2003 Yukon, along with the keys of 3 other GM suv's. After checking it out it was everything that Ricky had explained to me over the phone and I was not disappointed, however my wife was interested in a newer Tahoe, and it was awesome. Al and Ricky worked out all the details, and without any haggling the manager knocked off almost $1200 off the vehicle. Never once was I asked of my "price range" or "monthly payment". I also had a preapproved draft loan from a credit union, and they never once tried to get me to finance with them! A FIRST!!
I am active duty military, and never once felt that I was being taken advantage of, which is a common trend in the Hampton Roads area.
These guys are a CLASS A dealership, and I highly recommend them. They are worth the 2O min drive to Suffolk!!!
