When not at Duke, Don enjoys his time by spoiling his grandkids, working in his yard, and relaxing while fishing!

Don is married to Diane and they have four daughters and one son, eight beautiful grandchildren and a Yorkie named Taz!

My Review Of Duke Automotive :

I was recently faced with having to make my first car purchase. Needless to say, I felt out of my comfort zone thinking about the car buying process. But what at first seemed like a daunting and nerve-racking task was made very enjoyable with the help of the Duke Automotive team.

Stan Bell was a great help. He listened to what I was looking for, and showed me every vehicle that he thought might suit my needs and budget. Stan never pressured me into looking at higher option package, nor did he pressure me into buying a car. Stan was very knowledgeable about every car I looked at, from the mechanical specs to the environmental impact to the entertainment packages. Overall, a great individual to work with.

I also dealt with Bob Blythe and Don Kelly. They also couldn't have been any nicer. Don informed me of all the extras that could be purchased, but never pressured me or second guessed me when I told him I was not interested in a specific feature.

Overall, I can't think of finer folks from whom to purchase a car. I highly recommend them all. This first timer will certainly be returning to Duke Automotive in the future as long as Duke keeps individuals like this around.

My Review Of Duke Automotive :

My husband & I just returned from buying a new Buick Enclave from Stan Bell. After having dealt with Duke for our last three auto purchases within our family, we knew that we would be getting an excellent deal along with patient, non-pushy treatment. All of my questions were answered; we were allowed to take our time driving two different models and we NEVER felt pressured to "make a hurried decision because this one won't last!!!" I love dealing with the Duke team for my buying and service needs. Stan is a jewel & we enjoy working with him.

My Review Of Duke Automotive :

We purchased a Cadillac XTS after a 3 month search that included test driving vehicles from 6+ different dealerships/manufacturers. We settled on the XTS and Duke Automotive because the we didn't feel pressured. Heather answered all our questions and worked with us to get the exact features we wanted. Even though we have a Cadillac dealer much closer to us on the Peninsula, we settled on Duke because they provide better customer service (based on previous experiences with Suttle). So far every contact we made with Duke was a good one - this includes Christy, Heather, Bruce, Don and Eley. Even the final paperwork signing with Don was a satisfying experience - (based on the previous purchase of 3 new vehicles) we found that usually the finance person was the pushiest and somewhat rude, not true at Duke. This was definitely the best car buying experience we ever had hands down.

I had a phone conversation with Jim Caruthers prior to visiting the dealership.i
I was impressed with the fact that he listened to me and with Don Kelly's help, put me in the truck that I wanted at a payment I could afford. They made buying a new vehicle pleasurable.

I am retired with over 40 years in customer service. I must say that to say this. The staff is extremely professional. actually excellent would be a better word. I worked with Stan and Don, both excellent. Also, I have diabetes. one of the other salesman (I wish I could remember his name) walked about a hundred yards to get me some crackers. What a wonderful human being. Just overall a great experience.

From the initial contact with Seth Wilson followed by the custom ordered GMC 2500HD by Thomas Judkins the service and professionalism of the entire staff was the best of any car buying experience I have ever had. Don Kelly from the finance department got a rate even beter than my federal credit union. Bottom line,for the best price and best sales team go to Duke Automotive.

Very happy with my experience at Duke. This is my fifth time working with Stan Bell and I highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable about their product and committed to customer satisfaction. Service department is superb as well.

My Review Of Duke Automotive :

We were very pleased with our experience at Duke. Stan made us feel that our business was important. He answered every question we had and had great knowledge about the Chevrolet Silverado we were interested in. We visited a couple of other dealers in the area and came back to Duke because their price was fair and most importantly we felt this dealership was honest and forthright, It was clear that Duke really does care about making their customers have a great buying experience.

Don Kelly, the finance manager was also great to deal with. Everything was clearly explained. Signing on the dotted line was quick and easy.

Thanks to the team at Duke, we're driving our new Chevy Silverado. When people ask where we got our truck, we will definitely be sending them to Stan and Don at Duke.

My Review Of Duke Automotive :

I only purchase a new vehicle about every 10 years. This was BY FAR, the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a Chevrolet Dealership. This is the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased, and the level and quality of service was outstanding.
