We came to purchase a used Prius. Don Leitow was extreemly professional in every way. We ended up purchasing a NEW Prius from Don and everything was easy, even though he sold used cars. In fact we purchased the Prius from Don because of his honest forthright manner. I talked to three other dealers and I bought the car from Don, just because my husband and I like the man!
Don Leitow is an asset to any sales team. Metro Toyota should be VERY PROUD to have him on staff!

The Sales/Finance staff that we worked with was outstanding!!! Don was one of the best sales representatives that I have ever worked with. He was helpful, informative and to the point. John told me that toyota was offering a 2.7% interest rate on certified vehicles. My wife and I were very supprised when the actual interest rate was set at 1.7%. This kept our payment where we needed it. I am also very impressed with the service after the sale. He has called me numerous times to ensure that we our happy with our new vehicle. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks again for all your assitance.

My Review of Metro Toyota:
I have been looking for another car since March of this year. When I drove onto the Metro Used car lot I was greeted by Don Leitow. When I explained what I was looking for he promptly showed me several cars that met my criteria. I took one for a test drive and decided that was the car. I told him I wished to think about it over the weekend and I or him should make contact at 9:15 AM Monday. I went back Saturday at 2:20 PM because I was given the wrong carfax. Another sales person provided the right one. I went back Sunday afternoon to look at the car again. The car was not there. When Don called Monday AM I asked where was the car. He didn't know but would find out and get back to me. Within the hour he had the answer as to where the car was. He could have made up a story, but he told me the truth. I came in and signed the paperwork and picked up the car the next day when the car was returned from Grand Rapids. No pressure what so ever.

Just Leased/ purschaed my 8th vehicle from Metro over the last 30 years. (Both wife and I). Have always been greated when I walked in. This was my first purchase with Don as my last salesman had left.Explained my needs and wants and Don met and exceeded those. Paperwork was done with ease and my new Tundra was ready as promised.Don followed up with a phone call after a few days to make sure I was happy.I will be a returning customer.

My Review of Metro Toyota:
I found the 2010 Tundra on Autotrader.com and called the dealership to inquire about it in more detail because I live about 120 miles away from the dealership.
Don Leitow answered my questions and had be approved to purchase the vehicle within an hour or two. We agreed to meet at his dealership on a Saturday morning for me to take the vehicle for a test drive and to see what I could get for my trade in.
The vehicle was parked out front with a full tank of gas and Don greeted me after I pulled into the parking lot.
We went for a test drive and came back and signed the papers so I could take it home.
The experience was easy, simple, painless and there was no hassle.
In short Don did what he said he was going to do and took a sense of ownership over the dealership and the entire process.
This is the first Toyota I have purchased and I am sure I will purchase again from Don at Metro Toyota.

After the purchase I noticed the antenna was missing on the truck and there was a small dent in the passenger side door.
I mentioned this to Don and he took care of the missing antenna ASAP while I was at the Metro Toyota and he contacted me about the dent in the door on Monday and advised be that he could send me a check for the dent but recommended that I come out there so the dent could be removed by the professionals Metro Toyota uses.
I decided that I would make the trip back out there because Don has done the right thing by taking care of the problem like he said he would I trust he will take care of this minor problem with the same sense of professionalism.

My Review of Metro Toyota:
Don was very forth coming in providing us all the various options we had regarding the ending of our lease. This had been our first lease and he patiently explained and answered all of our questions. He continued to work on our various options by calling to see if he could obtain another Highlander hybrid, with no success and then working up the cost of various other options we had available to us. We never felt pressured to accept any of the options he proposed but we greatly appreciated his effort in providing us the information we needed to make a decision that was right for us.

We were so impressed with Dan's professionalism that we have recommended him to our niece who will be purchasing her first car later this year.

The day of we took delivery went very smoothly and that was due to Brendon and Don having everything ready to go so it did not take much time. Don went over all questions regarding the new vehicle and went as far as to help set up the blue tooth connection to one of our phones.

We certainly hope that Don will still be with Metro Toyota when the lease for this vehicle comes to an end so that we can work with him again.

Overall great experience. Everyone we dealt with had patience with Mike's "humor" and my daughter’s continual "babel" and harassment. We had worked with Don at a prior dealership and "hunted" him down to shop with. Thanks again Don for you patience. I know we can be annoying. And Brendon great sense of humor.
