My Review of Moss Robertson Cadillac Mazda:
Thanks to Mr. Mattson the purchase of my used Chevy Tahoe was a very pleasant experience. He was extremely polite and professional. He did not attempt to pressure me at all into the purchase of a vehicle from this dealership. He was very informative and patiently allowed my wife and I to make our decision. When there was a question about an item that arose from the car fax report on the previous owner he and the rest of the Moss Robertson staff was very forthright and honest on any possible issue. Fortunately there was none. Once my wife and I did decide to purchase the vehicle he worked diligently in seeing that we received what we both feel was a more than fair price and financial(loan) terms. After previously having dealt with unprofessional and dishonest personnel at other car dealerships everyone that we encountered at Moss Robertson (Mr Mattson, Mr. Renner, Mr. Duke, and Ms.Little) help provide a experience that we will not forget. We will strongly recommend this dealership to our friends and know exactly where we will start on our next car purchase.

I would definitely recommend this dealer. They all took such good care of me. John Duke was very kind and gave me a great deal. Steve Pierce took the time to set up my bluetooth and Sirius radio and showed me all the features of my new car. Don Renner was very thorough in handling my paperwork. All around a great dealer!

My Review of Moss Robertson Cadillac Mazda:
Had visited a couple of dealerships prior to visiting Moss Robertson in search of a pre-owned vehicle for our 19 year old daughter. We wanted a quality car that had excellent performance, safety, and resale value which we considered to be Honda and Mazda and a car that would last her for miles and years to come. Being prior and present owners of Honda's and Mazda's we found all the above qualities to be true of these two named vehicles. New and pre-owned Honda's were well out of our price range. When we arrived at Moss Robertson, we were looking for a used vehicle and ended up driving home in a new vehicle for our 19 year old daughter! We drove away in a Mazda 3! We purchased a Mazda 6 two years prior from Moss Robertson which we are still driving without any issues! Steve Pierce was exceptional with his "no pressure" "down to earth" genuine personality (by the way, he sold us our Mazda 6) and Don Renner worked "his magic" with the numbers of calculating the price of the vehicle! We will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from them! Maybe a top of the line Cadillac one day!

My Review of Moss Robertson Cadillac Mazda:
I like a "no pressure" dealership, and Moss Robertson is a fine example. In the last few months, I have walked away from dealers who wanted me to sign that very night without even talking to my husband! After an extensive search throughout the
Southeast, Moss Robertson found my car in North Carolina. The dealer would not do a dealer trade, so Moss Robertson bought the car, and drove it back!

Steve Pierce is a fine southern gentleman, knowledgeable,and with no pressure. Don Renner knows his stuff as Mazda Manager and financial wizard, and he takes time to explain the legalese in English.

If you want a no pressure, classy, quality, friendly, knowledgeable, hometown dealership, Moss Robertson is the place to go.

I absolutely love my new Mazda3 pearl white, skyactiv, hatchback! It has been described by my friends as sporty, sassy, and with 40 mpg, who wouldn't love it? It has given this old teacher a new lease on life!

My Review of Moss Robertson Cadillac Mazda:
I came to Moss Robertson looking for my nephew a car to go to college in. The staff helped me locate a great Mazda which he is still driving and loving a year and a half later. They earned my business that time with great service and value. We came from a GM family and I wanted to get Mom back in a Cadillac so again we went to Moss Robertson. They listened to what she wanted and found the perfect car that day! A month later my Sister (Nephew's Mom) came in from Raleigh North Carolina and said I want to meet these folks. While she was there she found a brand new Mazda 3 went home to compare the price and came back a week later to get her car. I brought my 1999 Deville down for service 10 months later and mentioned to Nick and John I would like to get out of my other vehicle, a Chevy Equinox. I said I would love to have a full size 4 door truck. When I picked the Cadillac up from service they said drop the Equinox by and let us look at it and we will watch for you a truck. I had no intention of leaving the car then but they found me my truck, lowered my payment and increased my vehicle value. I came to realize that they are a family dealership, they care about their clients and work to get them exactly what they want. Nick Jones is an excellent sales associate, John Duke is a great General Manager, and Don Renner is great with locating the best rate when you sit down in finance. I have bought cars for years but know whatever I need I can find at my Moss Robertson Family, why should I go somewhere else?
