My Review of Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood:
I traded my 2001 RX 300 in for a fun new Lexus. I have put 380 miles on my new 2012 CT200H and filled up with 7.2 gallons! The CT is so sporty and fun! I have serviced by 2001 Lexus at Stevenson Lakewood as scheduled and have no doubts about servicing my 2012 CT there also. Every one of the staff are professional and friendly. The waiting area is always very clean and a nice place to wait!

Don was very helpful from beginning to end. He was able to answer all my questions, and if he didn't know, he found the answer quickly. He made sure the car was perfectly cleaned and prepped for pickup. He wasn't pushy or over-bearing, he was very friendly, patient, and understanding. It was a great experience dealing with Don.

I had the best experience I've had in buying a car. Don Wood was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He went out of his way to make sure I was given as much information as possible and he always returned my calls immediately even during his time off. The overall feeling of the dealership was fantastic and they made me not want to ever go anywhere else for service or sales. Don and everyone treated me with so much honor. I really enjoyed being there and look forward to going back and seeing everyone again.

There also was no pressure felt with my purchase. I did exactly what I wanted to do and of course, Don assured me the Lexus couldn't be beat by any other car. I'm so happy with my new car and very happy that I bought it from Don. I've never worked with anyone so laid back and easy to talk to. I honestly didn't want to leave once I bought the car. My Review of Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood:
Don Wood was extremely helpful and supportive regarding my need for the lease of a new IS 250 Lexus. Although I knew what I wanted going into the dealership, he allowed me the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, answered all of my questions, but was NOT pushy or overly aggressive regarding my decision. I initially wanted one without Navigation, I inquired about it after the fact when we were nearing the finalization of my car; he took the time again, was patient, and showed me the car with Navigation; he even offered to have me take another test drive to understand better how it all worked, but I was pleased enough with what I saw and drove the first time as well as what he explained I didn't need to take it out for another drive. After that, it took no more than 20 minutes to go through the process of my monthly payments, my credit check and ultimately signing the deal and giving them a downpayment; he did have other customers that came in after me but was attentive, informational, and introduced me to the service and finance department people and made certain I knew everything I had to know with regard to them and others involved with my lease as well as what I needed to know about the car, especially the navigation system. While I knew what I wanted going in, even if I decided NOT to get the vehicle when I did, I believe it would not have mattered--I would recommend Don Wood and Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood to ANYONE wishing to purchase or lease a vehicle. They are NOT your typical dealership and Don Wood is NOT your typical dealer--they are/he is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and ultimately make you feel like a "guest" rather than a customer. Look for/ask for Don Wood next time you are at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood--I promise you will be MORE THAN satisfied that you did!

My Review of Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood:
We felt it was time to trade in our much loved '93 Lexus LS-400 for a newer Lexus and fell for the 2007 ES-350, red with all the features. After dickering too much and missing the first one almost a year ago, Don Wood persevered for us and held the perfect one for us until we could drive over the mountains to see it. Don then worked hard to make the trade and transaction fit us and Stevenson. Don and the dealership were friendly, professional and not pushy and after the sale got us homeward bound efficiently. We are very happy with the result.

In our lifetime we have purchased Pontiac, Cadillac, Chevy, Buick, Dodge, Ford, Infiniti, and just recently a Lexus from the Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood. We have enjoyed this car more than any of the previous cars mentioned. In addition our treatment when purchasing this car was also an enjoyable experience. We were not pressured by Don Wood, but his knowledge and quality of time he spent with us convinced us to purchase this Lexus. Thank you Mr Wood and Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood.
