Donald Li at Hillside Honda

I am a previous Honda customer, I inquiried only to numerous dealerships regarding a specific vehicle. Mulitple dealership mislead me. By the time I contacted hillside honda, I was Already annoyed. I spoke to natalie via phone. She was upfront they didn't have the car, but she did say that they will try their best to get me my car. Few days later im driving out with my black on black honda Accord. Thank you donald and natalie

I was recently in the market for a Honda Crv with leather, I had originally visited several other dealerships before comming in. So I had seen it all from pushy salespeople, to downright nasty unprofessional sales reps. Comming to Hillside Honda, I found a different atmosphere. Everybody was pleasent and Donald Li was fantastic. He really listened to my needs and did not try to push anything on me. I definately would reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to get into a Honda

It was great meeting Donald Li in Hillside Honda. Before we went there, we have no decision yet on whether to get a new car, and what type of car, and also what brand to get. We went to Honda first since we got Honda Element for our first car. Donald made it easier for us to decide.

People at HillSide Honda were really friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends and relatives. It was a very fast and easy process. I love, love, love my car. The price was right on my budget. I had a really good experience at Hillside Honda.

Donald Li, who was my sales rep. was absolutely very professional from the beginning to the end. He was knowledgeable, respectful and very patient. He is a tremendous asset to Hillside Honda. He always gave feedback and showed true passion for his position at the dealership. He truly deserves recognition.

My experience from the moment I walked into Hillside Honda was wonderful. Donald approached me, introduced himself as well as Frank Caputo. Frank assured me that Donald would take care of whatever I needed. Donald is a very down to earth, knowledgeable man. He was kind, informative; not ever pushy. He showed me the car I was interested in, explained all that was included in the base price of the car, allowed me all the time I needed to look over the car, then took me for a test drive. I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience of buying this car was with Donald. Every sales person should be as this man is. He knows the cars, the different methods/choices of payment and most importantly, it seems to me that he knows people and how to treat them, very well. He helped me with a problem I had with my insurance without "batting and eye". He transferred my insurance over to Geico in no time and took just the right amount of time to explain what it was I was signing and why. Donald is a wonderful salesman and a very nice person. I am very grateful to him for being as he is; for helping me with this large investment; for selling me a wonderful car. Frank Caputo was exceptional as well. He was very friendly, assuring, knowledgeable and helpful with whatever I needed answered. I appreciate very much that he is not at all a high pressure sales manager. His personality is very low key, he is sure of the cars he sells and it seems to me he knows that using less words speaks volumes more than trying to sell a person on a car by talking way too much about the car. Overall, my experience at Hillside Honda was exceptional. Both Frank and Donald are very accomodating, kind, gentlemen. I believe it is because of sales persons such as these that Hillside Honda is as high quality a dealer as it is. I thank both Donald and Frank for their time and kind attention to me and for helping me to purchase such a wonderful vehicle. I will refer anyone looking for a car to Hillside Honda. Thank you.

I went in to look at a car and he gave me a offer i couldn't resist. i wanted my first car and i got a lot of help.
The people there were really attentive and friendly. i was in and out in no time. i would recommend hillside honda to anyone any time.

I walked in to hillside honda just to look at the invetory of vehicles they had on hand. I was approached by Donald a salesperson. He was very helpful and answered all my questions about the crosstour. At the end of all my questions being answered i was also given a great price on a 2010 honda crosstour that i could refuse. My expeirence at Hillside Honda was a great. Every body was very helpful and pulite. I am so happy with my new crosstour,which by the way is a beautiful car. Thanks Hillside Honda.
