I always have a great service experience at this Mazda dealership. They are professional and courteous. They know what customer service is about and T commend them for this. I brought my CX9 in for aninitial check and to have some questions answered about my new car. The check in was quick and efficient. Edwin answered my questions while Donny handled the detailing and other service. I would not hesitate to use the service dept again.

I appreciated how eveident it was that they tried to make this experience a good one. I dreaded looking for a car and it has it's ups and downs as part of the process but it was evident that they worked hard to make it as turn key as possible while still being personable and sensitive/attentive.

Great job. Relatively quick and very polite. Maybe a little more expensive than the oil change chains, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend him and Sport Mazda service department.

I've been taking my Mazda Tribute to Sport Mazda for years. Donny has always been excellent to work with as he listens to my concerns and tries to help me out in every possible way he can. I truly appreciate how awesome he is to work with and the help he gives me with my car. He is always honest and professional and understanding to my needs and concerns. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of (as a woman) or made to feel stupid. Great employee to have on their staff!
