My Review of Proctor Honda:
This is the second new car I have bought from Proctor Honda. My first experience was in 2000 when I bought a 2000 Honda Odyssey, my second last Friday when I bought a 2011 Honda CR-V. I recently received a letter from Steve Glaze, Sales Manager, to return to Proctor Honda when I was ready to upgrade my 2000 Odyssey. I returned, negotiated a fair deal with Steve, who then turned me over to Doug Clifford. Doug went out of his way to offer me outstanding service when I picked up my new CR-V. The center seats of the Odyssey had to be put back in, as I had them stored in my garage. Because of back problems I could no longer reinstall the seats, so Doug came to my house, a good 10- mile drive, and reinstalled them for me. Upon my arrival at Proctor Honda to pick up my new car, Doug made sure that everything was just right with it, and spent a good couple of hours answering all of my questions about the new CR-V. Doing business this way is what makes people want to return to this dealership for service and for their their next car. Every car dealer should treat its customers this way.
