I can not rave about this dealship enough!! Doug was so amazing and nice to work with! Really put my needs first even if it was inconvience for him! I would go back to this dealer for anything even if i live across town because that's how good my cutomer service was! I reccomend anyone looking to buy a volvo or simply just service one to go here!! You will not be disappointed! I know i surely wasn't!! Thank you Doug for all your hard work those two days and making it a breeze!!!

Mark and Doug were great! Mark was very informative and took all the time I needed to see all the options Volvo had. At no time was there any pressure to buy, it was a great experience! Doug helped close the deal and they both took the time to walk through every part of the car at the time of delivery. I look forward to a long relationship with Herzog-Meir.

Our recent dealings with Herzog-Meier Volvo and Doug Galloway was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience we've had in the last 13 years. Doug was very pleasant, informative, helpful and, most importantly, patient as we had our 2 young children with us. We couldn't be happier with Doug and our brand new Volvo.

Without question, the best car leasing experience I've ever had. The dealership team gets an A+ for making the process easy and enjoyable. Doug Galloway is outstanding in everyway - professional, knowledgeable and sharp. He represents the company and its products with great enthusiasm. As a person who has actually worked at a family owned dealership in CT., I can appreciate outstanding talent and service. My Review of Herzog-Meier Volvo:
This was out third volvo purchased form Herzog Meier and this was by far the best experience. I was replacing a car that was totaled in an accident so I knew exactly what I wanted. Within a few days Doug found me a car that matched everything I had asked for and even drove down south to pick up the car himself. Doug got me a great deal with no haggling, we signed the papers in no time and were on our way.

I also have to mention that Herzog Meier has a great Volvo service department. They take great care of you and your car!

My Review of Herzog-Meier Volvo:
I purchased a new 2012 Volvo S60 t-5.Purchasing my new Volvo was a very "painless" experience. Doug was great to deal with. We did most of the transaction after the test drive on the phone and by email. There were no "high pressure tactics"; everything was straight forward. Thanks goes to Doug for all this.
