Leads me to my story , wanted to but a 2017 Toyota Tundra limited crew cab, Jim Barth the salesmen was outstanding! Friendly and listens to deatail (What I wanted) Also I need to put a plug in for the gen mgr (Doug Peters,most dealerships the gen mgr hides behind the curtain (like the wizard of oz) lol, But he to couldn't have been more kinder to me! So if you are in the market for a Toyota, look no further, And yes it was Kindness to the keys) More

So simple and hassle free! Needed a 4 or AWD and something to carry grandkids but also so had previously had pickup and got used to carrying larger loads. Told them what"I" wanted to make as a monthly payment and they showed me different cars and I chose a Seinna. Best choice ever made. They explain all the different protection options and plans with out any sales pitch, it was my choice. They worked with banks and got me a loan to fit the payment I had given. They are excellent at follow up and warranty info, also on 2 recalls, which were minor. I could not be more pleased with the quality of van and the dealership. More

Superb none pressure atmosphere This was our first new car and first Toyota. When shopping for a new car, our first stop was here and we were greeted by Nick, We ended up back the ne This was our first new car and first Toyota. When shopping for a new car, our first stop was here and we were greeted by Nick, We ended up back the next day, don't waste your time driving around all day. They gave us a no-haggle, best price up front and after doing a lot of research, nobody could beat it. Of coarse we had many questions, and they did not just make up answers to get the sale, they answered honestly and if they didn't know, they would find or call someone who did. Financing was also great (and patient!). Scott ran many number for us and made suggestions that we had not thought about that fit our needs. They made a process that is traditionally thought of as stressful, very relaxing and pleasant! We love the new car, and plan on driving past our local Toyota dealership to come to Toyota of Boardman for all regular maintenance and service. More
