this would have been a great experience all around if it wasnt for a mishap with our bank...but the way they handled it and went out of their way to make sure we had our car was unexpected....they went above and beyond and spent money out of their own pockets to satisfy us...will b back again....thanks for ll your work and effort

All staff were very professional and friendly. All employees told it like it was, no beating around the bush. I was offered a great price for the vehicle I bought and the vehicle I was trading in. They even agreed to take those stupid dealership decals off before I picked up the vehicle.

My wife and I were looking for a very specific car. It happened that this dealer had it advertised on the internet at an attractive price, so we went to see it. I called to make sure it was still available and from the reception and comments I received, I felt I had found the right dealer to do business with. We were greeted within a few minutes of our arrival. The car was inside and cleaned up. It was a rainy day outside, but inside for the walk around and demonstration it was warm and dry. Doug was pleasant to deal with, gave us a great presentation of the car, along with all the features and functions. We took it for a ride, and the following week we brought it home. The finance manager gave us several finance options and offered us an extended warranty with no pressure to buy it. We love the car and had a great experience with the purchase. THANKS TO ALL INVOLVED!

Doug Happ was a pleasure to deal with. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about cars, and did not attempt to pressure me into a specific purchase. In the end, I was very satisfied with a high quality used car for a very reasonable price.

I had a great experience from the minute I stepped onto the lot until I left with my vehicle. Doug the salesman was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Melvin was the gentleman who went over the financing and other options for my vehicle he too was very helpful and knowledgeable. The other two gentlemen who spoke to me during my visit were also very courteous. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know, the experience was truly refreshing and has changed my opinion of car dealerships.

I purchased a Trail Blazer SS 2006. The actual purchase price was lower than I thought. Doug was an excellent salesman. He was very professional straight-forward,helpful,and willing to go the extra mile to get me finance. Melvin in the Finance Dept was very helpful and knowledgeable in finding an Extended Warranty that fits my needs. He was very friendly and professional.

Doug was extremely helpful in everything from the follow up to my online request for information; making an appointment for me to come in; the walk-through of the vehicle; the explanations and details during and after the test drive. Melvin in the Finance Department was also crucial in tailoring the deal to fit my needs.

we were happy with the way we were treated by the dealership and thought we received a fair trade in and and price on the car we purchased. Our salesperson, Doug Happ was very friendly and helpful. Everyone else was friendly including the finance people and the owner.

Doug Happ was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We felt that he was interested, not just in making a sale, but in taking the time to match us with the right vehicle. His sales manager, Jeff Claypoole, was also friendly and helpful, and we felt very comfortable working with both of them. We would definitely come to this dealership again, even though it's a hour's drive from our home.
