Bought 2 cars from them and they still tried to screw me over! My first Crosstrek hybrid died after 6 years (nightmare with the service department!!) The salesman was great but service department TOTALLY sucked. Very bad experience with their policies. My salesman is not listed below but he was great! More

Great experience - they were incredibly kind and helpful. Myles Eaton is a low-pressure sales person and spends time to get you in a vehicle you'll enjoy. The service department, and the finance manager were Myles Eaton is a low-pressure sales person and spends time to get you in a vehicle you'll enjoy. The service department, and the finance manager were so helpful - went above and beyond. To start, for used cars, this dealership does the maintenance that is suggested when they run the diagnostics and this is SO RARE. Went to another dealership and they wouldn't even show me the maintenance suggestions - the salesman acted like I was asking to talk to the wizard. I had an small service issue that wasn't covered under warrantee and I brought it back and service department just handled it for me with no questions asked, for free. They don't sell your data either and this is a bigger deal than most people realize right now. The finance manager got me a much lower rate than I could find anywhere else. Thank you so much to everyone for treating me as you'd like to be treated - I get that's what you do there, and appreciate it more than you know. Thank you! More

This dealership works as a team, and they strike me as happy to be there. They shared that they don’t work on commission, which is a game changer, but when I was able to talk to and text with the finance happy to be there. They shared that they don’t work on commission, which is a game changer, but when I was able to talk to and text with the finance manager (Jason Moore) prior to signing up for all of the “extras” in his office, that sold me. I have NEVER been able to find out about the different warranty and maintenance options prior to being hit with them at the “closing” appointment, which doesn’t help one to figure out how much they will need to finance. But this dealership is up front about that and it truly relieves a lot of stress for the customer. The whole buying experience was stellar compared to others I’ve had! More
