I walked into Branhaven with the intent on buying a car, I had done my research, knew what I want, and had a plan to drive home in a new car that day. (I'm an easy customer, or so I was that day) When I first walked into the dealership, I was approached by Bill Larson. He wasn't the pushy sales guy, he asked what I was looking for, listened to me, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want, and just did his best to make sure my every need was met - he even pointed out some things that I DIDN'T need, to save me some money and explained why. I drove into the lot that day by myself, Bill actually followed me to drop my old car at home, and drove me back to the dealership to pick up my new car - That's service! Next time you're in the market for a new card, Go visit Bill Larson. He's a great guy, not a pushy sales guy, and will do everything he possibly can to get you the car you want and the deal you need. He did for me.

The staff at Branhaven was extremely friendly and accommodating to myself as well as my wife and 2 year old son. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure we were comfortable with all the features and could understand how to use them.
I am very happy with my experience at Branhaven and will recommend them to family and friends.

Purchased a 2012 town & country. Angelo was terrific at demonstration all the features on the vehicle and made a terrific presentation.I Purchased the vehicle and was very happy with the final price etc. Ordered the navigation radio as vehicle did not come with the this option and this was the biggest feature I had wanted in the vehicle. The navigation was installed two weeks after purchase, unfortunately it was the wrong unit. After bringing the issue to the attention of the staff and some discussion in regards to the issue, I was truly happy when Duncan stepped up and said he would get the correct one ordered and installed. They were all very apologetic over the issue and even went so far as to pay for an additional option I was thinking about to make up for the issue. Everyone there truly worked hard to make this right and to make sure that everything was right. Extremely happy with the dealership and with the whole experience. Will be buying my next vehicle from them again. Thanks to everyone involved in this deal

I recently purchased a Dodge Dart at Branhaven Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Customer service was friendly and professional. Angelo Capodiferro was my sales consultant. He is knowledgeable, patient, interesting to talk with, and not at all pushy. I now have 3000 miles on my new Dart and it is running perfectly. Great torque, comfortable ride, has features that make driving extremely safe, great in the snow, great look. Love the car and plan to purchase another from Branhaven for my kids.

I honestly never thought to buy a Jeep. Four years ago we came in to look at the Jeep Wrangler and ended up getting such great customer service from Duncan Brodie and great price on a Jeep Liberty, that we bought it. This time my 12 yr old son & I came back to look at the Wrangler again since that is what my husband wanted. I spoke w/Duncan again (congratulations on promotion!!!) who recommended Angelo Capodiferro to us. Angelo was very informative, patient w/all my son's questions, and worked w/in my budget. This is a very caring & knowledgeable car dealership with the customer's best interest. The service dept has always been top notch also.

Bill Larson (sales person) was very informative with regards to the Jeep Grand Cherokee product and features. He did not pressure me into the sale, however, he made me feel that he was there to help me get the best deal he could offer. Bill earned my trust, during our time together. Lastly this dealership did not play games and as a result the buying process was significantly sped up. I was out the door in an hour in a half vs. prior expirences where it took over 3 hours.

I purchased a great car from branhaven. I looked at used, nused, abused, foreign, domestic and believe I got more bang for the buck at Branhaven with my new 300!
