I contacted other Cadillac dealers in Tucson/Phoenix area in March/April 2023 and none of them wanted to take my preorder for a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq. Dureen was a joy to work with after a stressful week of used car shopping. She was responsive and prompt when I called about a car and she had it ready for me when I arrived. I prepared myself mentally today on my drive headed to purchase a car. Mentally I prepared myself before walking into the front doors ready to deal with pushy salesman/women. They listen, their helpful, their attention-to-detail is amazing. Their knowledgeable and most of all they are honest. They go over and cover every detail asking you if you have any questions multiple times along the way to make sure you understand everything and feel comfortable.
