Dustin McAfee at Bill Estes Ford

My wife and I wanted to trade in our older SUV for a newer SUV to get better gas mileage as well as more modern features in the vehicle. Mike and Dustin went above and beyond to find us an excellent match with a one-owner 2009 Ford Edge SEL. This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. We drove from West Lafayette twice and they even compensated us with gift cards to accommodate our travel. I will definitely look to this dealership for my next vehicle purchase.

Our total experience at Bill Estes was wonderful. The minute we walked in everyone was very courteous and friendly. The customer service of all the employees was excellent and both Mike and Dustin were great to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every question in detail. We did not feel pressured at all. We feel we got a very fair price for our vehicle and they worked hard to give us the deal we were looking for. Dustin is going to help me with setting up my ford sync when I return to pick up the car. They are installing a hitch for us, and they gave us a new vehicle just like the one we bought to drive until my car is ready. Our overall experience was totally positive and we are happy Ford customers!

The people at Bill Estes Brownsburg Ford are always friendly. My husband & I spent 3 hours there the evening we bought our new Escape. The dealership closed at 8 pm but Mike Parham & Dustin McAfee stayed til 9pm helping us and did NOT make us feel like we were "putting them out" at all. Greg Floyd was friendly & helpful in processing our financing at such a late hour, too! Their service dept. has convenient Saturday hours which they recently extended, now staying til 2 pm instead of noon on Saturdays which is great when you work full time during the week. This dealership is concerned with YOUR time & convenience, not theirs!

I had worked with Mike Parham in the past and went back due to his low pressure sales style. The dealership has a nice selection of new and used vehicles. Dustin McAfee did the heavy lifting this time around with just a little help from Mike. Dustin handled it much like Mike had in my prior purchase. Dustin is customer focused and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the buying process and hope that the new vehicle lives up to the same high standards.

We just planned to look but ended up buying thanks to the good salesmanship of Mike Parham. Dustin and Greg were very informative and helpful as well. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and what few changes we needed to the vehicle were done as we went thru the business process of purchase.

During my search for a new vehicle, I encountered 4 different dealerships. I test drove a vehicle at a one place, where I felt almost unwelcomed. Once the test drive was over, the salesman never went over the vehicle with me, just gave me his card and asked that I call him when I was ready to talk numbers. I continued my search online, as I was unimpressed, to say the least. I found exactly what I wanted online and sent an email to Bill Estes Ford. Tony Lehn contacted me promptly, set up a test drive and once I arrived, was treated with the respect and friendliness that I had been expecting with previous dealers. Everything about my purchase went smooth, the entire staff is friendly and courteous, and went the extra mile to make sure I had all my questions answered and then some. I was also impressed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. I have 2 young children, and my husband and I decided it would be best if he waited in the car while I signed documents, and then he would go in once I was finished. Instead, Tony took the documents outside to my husband, who was pleasantly surprised, and he's not one to be easily impressed. Thank you, Tony, and Bill Estes, for what turned out to be an easy car buying experience!!

The staff particularly Mike, made us very comfortable through the purchase process. We returned a couple of days later to go over the features of the vehicle. This was a great feature and much appreciated. When we returned we also picked up our floor mats from parts. We walked in as they were closing, however they were glad to help us and a young man took the time to open the boxes and install them for us. I apologize that I do not know his name. Overall it was great experience and we're very happy with our new Edge.

As residents of Brownsburg with sons that we've raised here we very much appreciate how much Bill Estes sponsors and supports local youth sports and the community.

We have done business with Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg for over 15 years, because from the outset, their helpfulness, professionalism, and value have exceeded that of others. So far, we have purchased 7 new vehicles and 1 used. Hopefully, they will put together a "Buy 9, get the 10th free" deal just in time for our retirement and I can get that Mustang convertible.
