This was my first time purchasing a certified pre owned car. The employees I worked with were very helpful, they explained all available options in detail and worked very hard to give me the best possible price. They took care of everything, making the process simple and easy. I got exactly what I was looking for and drove away with a steal. Although the used car section could use a slight facelift to make it more customer friendly, I would still definitely recommend Bayridge Honda.

Deciding to buy a new car is sometimes overwhelming, at least that has been my experience. I came into Honda prepared to do battle and quite honestly was not the ideal customer any salesperson would want to deal with. However, a truly professional sales consultant, Mark Anthony Esmade, made all the difference. Mark worked tirelessly and patiently with me to help me make a tough decision and put up with my grumbling right through the sale and the pick up of my new Honda. Now that I have my car I realize that it was my past buying experiences that triggered my apprehension and truthfully it was not as painful as I had anticipated. I sincerely appreciate all of Mark's effort and his understanding of my situation. I would recommend him to anyone and hopefully he will have an easier time with the next customer.

In addition I would like to thank Dwayne Markland for all the info and for his professionalism and understanding in dealing with a truly grumpy "old man". He had me laughing out the door, a satisfied customer.

When I walked into the Honda dealership in Bay Ridge, I already knew that I was going to be happy and knew that I was in good hands because I saw Mark Anthony Esmade and his big smile! He was my sales consultant previously for another company and when I went back to have him as a consultant he was no longer working for that company. I was so sad :( Luckily the arrogance of the other company he used to work for did not want to help a loyal customer, and I decided to go to Bay Ridge Honda! I was ecstatic to see Mark Anthony Esmade!! I had so much confidence and trust in him from my previous encounter that I knew I was going to have what I wanted and knew he would help me get it!! He is a really nice and genuine person. He will get you the best deal and not try and scam or rob you for your money. I put 100% trust in him and I will continue to do so as the years to come. Mark Anthony Esmade was very helpful and generous to my mom and I. He made this experience smooth and not worry some for me at all. He is truly honest and looking out for your best interest!!
I would also like to thank Dwayne Markland and George Gambino for really helping me by pushing all my paperwork through. They both are very friendly like Mark Anthony and made me feel really comfortable . They really worked their butts off and made numerous phonecalls just to make me happy without me even asking!!! My experience with Elizabeth was absolutely terrific. She is always friendly and does the best that she can for us. I would never think of ever using any other Honda dealership but Bay Ridge Honda. Always on top of when our leases come though. I also have an Accord with Bay Ridge Honda. Then we finished up with Dwayne, he is always friendly and makes up very comfortable when explaining the lease agreements.

Bay Ridge Honda is quite reputable in my neighborhood, so I decided to give them a try. I needed a new car for work and needed it fast. I was starting a new job the following week and was pressed for time. I walked into the dealership in the morning and walked out that evening with a brand-new lease. I absolutely LOVE my car. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. All the sales representatives from bottom to top were professional, courteous and quite knowledgeable. They also understood my needs: I was on a tight budget and they worked with me on being able to afford a Honda within my means. I have and will continue to recommend Bay Ridge Honda, on all fronts.

Leasing a car from Bay Ridge Honda was a very pleasant experience compared to Staten Island Honda where I had a previous lease. I visited other Honda dealerships and Bay Ridge Honda offered me the best deal. Mark Anthony Esmade was very curtious and patient. His suggestions and advice led me to lease a 2013 Accord Coupe. Not once did I feel rushed or overwhelmed in the process of leasing. Finance Manager Dwayne Markland was also great to work with. Everyone I came into contact with at Bay Ridge Honda were very friendly and professional. I will definitely lease again with this dealership.

Went to Bay Ridge Honda after the sales person we dealt with for years left for another dealership and the experience that we had under the new manager at our local dealership was not very pleasant, especially the service department. We sat down with Frank told him what we wanted and two days later walked out with our 2013 Pilot. Overall great experience. So far 2 interactions with the service department and so far so good.
