My Review of Jack Giambalvo Hyundai Mazda:
I read reviews of dealers before I bought my new car. I bought a new 2012 Mazda 3, the people at this dealership were really a pleasure to work with, especially Ed Ditzel and Ed Snyder. Ed Ditzel was nice, showed me all the features of the car, gave me a great quote and Ed Synder was the finance person and he did not try to push me towards something I did not need. I would definitely recommend Ed Ditzel to anyone looking forward to buying a new car.

My Review of Jack Giambalvo Hyundai Mazda:
I stopped in because I saw on Cars.com that the color Mazda my daughter liked was in inventory there. I was met by Ed Ditzel at the door and he immediately helped me by showing me the car and discussing all the features and warranty information. He also shared other odels and the advantages of each. He was very knowledgable and was able to answerr every question I had. I also appreciated the way he talked to my daughter as I thought she felt very comfortable with his assistance in making this decision. I appreciated the way Ed talked to her during the test drive and made her feel comfortable while pointing out the features of the car. The price he gave me for the car made it an easy decision. I also appreciated the way the entire staff made us feel welcome. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and also I would go back to the Giambalvo dealership as I felt I could trust Ed and the other individuals I talked to.

Our experience was great. We came to the dealership knowing what we wanted and also knowing that we could go to other dealerships. However, there was no reason to go anywhere else. Ed was great, he did not push us or try to persuade us; he was very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the car. We really enjoy the car and are very satisfied.
