Time and time again, this dealership and it’s employees provide the highest level of service to meet our BMW needs consistently. We are very pleased to have found this dealership almost 2 years now coming off a ‘horrific’ experience with another dealer in Bergen County that had lost their way with us, the customer.

My experience with Ed Ng & Sandra Pilavdjian has been outstanding. Every time I need to service my car they go above & beyond to make me a satisfied customer. Your dealership makes it such a pleasure to own a BMW & I have been so happy since I have purchased my car from Mikhail Lyubimov. BMW of Tenafly has a wonderful dealership going. I use my experience there as the standard of all my customer service expectations with other companies. Ed Ng specifically is a wonderful asset to BMW. His detail to attention, supreme customer service and the way he makes you feel at ease when you come in with any problem is absolutely amazing. I unfortunately just ended my lease, but I promise to be back with BMW as soon as I can with the specific reason being the level of service that I've come to expect from Ed and BMW of Tenafly. I can't be grateful enough to them all. A+ rating to Ed and BMW of Tenafly.

I am a Manhattan resident and I switched from BMW of Manhattan to BMW of Tenafly because of their outstanding customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure you entire service experience is exceptional. On one occassion, I had just arrived at my office for an important morning meeting and was not able to put the rear window up on a morning that a "Noreaster" was forecasted for the NY/NJ metropolitan area. I called BMW of Tenafly and spoke to Sandra and explained that my power window needed to be repaired, but that I was not going to be free from my meeting until that afternoon and would not be able to bring the car in. I also expressed concern that interior of my car would be damaged during the storm since my window was down. Sandra told me to hold on and that she was going to find a solution. After a few minutes, Sandra came back on the line and told me that they were going to have someone drive to my office and pick up my car and drop off a loaner for me. I was speechless! My office is located about 35 minutes from BMW of Tenafly. I could not believe they would do that for me! They were able to pick up my car that morning and drop off the loaner before the storm started. My car was repaired and ready for pickup that evening after work. I would recommend this dealerhsip for all your service needs. They do exceptional work and really do go the extra mile to make the entire service process as painless as possible. Sandra and Ed are a great team to work with there.

I have taken my car to a number of BMW dealers but none were as helpful as BMW of Tenafly. Also, I have had a number of service advisers but Ed is by far the best. He makes you feel like your car is important and that you are a valued customer.

I've come to this dealership for service over 5+ times now and each time I've been fortunate enough to work with Ed. Ed defines "great" customer service. He's very knowledgeable, incredibly efficient and always charming. It's a true pleasure being able to drop my car off with Ed, knowing that it is in very good hands. I've been to several BMW dealerships and hands down Tenafly location has the best service. If you go, ask for Ed! He'll take very good care of you and your car!
