My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
Everyone at this dealship was very friendly & supportive. Sean appeared to be a rather inexperienced salesperson with a willingness to learn as well as to please the customer. After a misunderstanding about the side body molding, John Stefero rectified the situation in a very amicable manner. I also received the necessary support and attention from Ed Pearson & John Stefero when I was notified that the car I traded in was on an impound lot in PG County. M. Lombardo

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
Great from the very beginning. Our sales person was courteous, honest, and fair. We set forth a criteria for the vehicle we were shopping for, and our criteria were not only met within a very fair price range, but exceeded with an extended warranty package. We knew what we were walking off of the lot with, no surprises.
We are delighted, after shopping for about a month, to find a used vehicle dealership that seems motivated only by selling quality used vehicles! Thank you Brown's!

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
We were very pleased with the entire process. Our salesperson took the time to explain the car's features more than once. We did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. Once the decision was made to purchase (several weeks later), our salesperson showed us the vehicles in stock having the features noted on our 1st visit. The most difficult part of the purchase was deciding on the vehicle color.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Dave Barnhouse, Mark Nicholson, Ed Pearson

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
Our overall experience with Brown's was very good. Any company can have a problem but it's how it is handled that matters. We were buying a used car with less than 15,000 miles so didn't expect to run into too many problems. We did notice a few small issues but our salesman, John G. took care of them straight away and he stayed on top of what was happening and kept us posted constantly. Great job, John G! The only reason I gave a rating of ok to quality of work is that had the 160 point inspection been completed I would not have found the problems I did. There were a few splash guards under the car which were damaged. That said, every manager at Brown's ended up working toward resolving the problems until we were satisfied. The main problem ended up being a shipment of bad tires that caused the car to pull to the right and the service department worked their process until they determined the problem. By then it was about 6:00 PM and we had been there most of the day. Rather than wait for tires to be delivered on Monday they sent someone to pick them up saving us a trip back to the shop. My Dad is unable to travel due to illness so Mr. Pearson came by our house with the paperwork to help complete the deal, thank you sir. Since the resolution of these issues took a few days, Mr. Barnhouse authorized a rental car and we appreciated this extra level of service, thanks Dave. This is our 4th vehicle purchased from Brown's and we will definately be there for the 5th and recommend them to our friends. Job well done.

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
It was a great experience. The members of Brown's Toyota were efficient and very knpwledgable concerning their product. The decision to purchase a Toyota was easy after dealing with the staff. If, this type of professioalism is exihibited by the rest of the staff, my tenure with Toyota specifically Brown's Toyota with last for a long time.
Job well done. Considerably different than my experience with Chevrolet. Mr Brown should be proud with the staff I dealt with.

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
I often dread when it comes time to buy a car. I hate sitting for hours in a car dealership waiting for the salesman (and myself) to negotiate the price of the vehicle and for the financial adviser to assist me with the completion of my transaction. Whenever I plan to go car shopping, I usually plan for an entire day to spend at the dealership. But, not this time! I was looking to buy a car for my daughter. My daughter and her dad decided to go looking at cars but I was unable to go. It wasn't long before my daughter came in the house and she said found the car that she wanted. I told her that we would go look at it the next day since I made time that evening. My daughter, husband and I went to Brown's Toyota to see the car she had picked out. We had taken the car for a test drive. It was a really nice car. We were not there very long with negotiating the price and signing the papers to take the car. My daughter was very happy to drive away in her new car. I was so please with our salesman, Bill Dolch, who made for a pleasant visit. He was very entertaining when it came time for us to wait around for the finance rep, Ed Pearson. Ed was great in handling all the financial aspects of our transaction. He explained the breakdown of the costs and the warranty options available. Bill and Ed were very nice, easy to work with, and made for a quick and smooth transaction. I enjoyed my experience at Brown's Toyota so much that I decided to come back 2 days later and buy myself a car. While waiting to purchase my daughter's car, there was a beautiful car sitting on the showroom floor that caught my eye. I questioned the specifications and pricing for this car. I knew that I wanted it and decided to sleep on it for a day or two. I wanted the right price for this car since I already had my daughter's car payment to deal with. I also had a trade-in that I wanted to be paid off before purchasing the car. The process of obtaining the value of my trade-in, having my trade-in appraised, negotiating the price for the new car and signing the paperwork to leave with my new car was much quicker than I had anticipated. My experience in purchasing 2 vehicles from Brown's Toyota in 3 days was excellent. The staff were great to work with. Bill, the salesman, was awesome and very helpful in making my experience at this dealership a great one. I believe it was the best experience I had so far in car buying. Ed, the financial adviser, was great and handled all the paperwork in a timely manner. I think everyone knew that I wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible, especially since I was coming from a long day at work and just wanted to go home. I definitely would recommend everyone to buy from Brown's Toyota. This dealership knows how to treat its customers and makes for a pleasant visit. I plan to come back to this dealership for other future car purchases. Thanks Brown's Toyota for the pleasant experience in my purchase of 2 vehicles.

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
Oue experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Brown's was exceptional, this is the
sixth vehicle we have purchased from this dealership over the last 25 years. The professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy continues to be superb. Mr Stafero treated us excepitionally well, he knew we were proposing to trade-in two vehicles for a new vehicle and took on the task of determining the trade-in value of these vehicles which turned out to be quite acceptable to us and were a determining factor in our making a new purchase. Mr Smith then took over the task of showing us the vehicles we were interested in, he was very knowledgeable of the cars and extremely courteous. He took us on test drives and explained the various features of both vehicles exceptionally well. One thing that impressed us of Mr Smith was his lack of pressure to purchase, we felt no obligation to make a purchase because of any pressure on his part, he is a definite asset to the sales department. Mr Mathews also profided excellent service in explaining the various vehicle manuals, warranty and car care information. Mr Pearson took care of the financial aspects of the purchase, again he was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly in taking care of us. He was very thorough in explaining all of the optional programs in regards to additional warranty and car care coverage. Addiotionally going over all aspects of the price details of the purchase. Overall we were exceptionally satisfied with all aspects of our experience with Brown's and would recommend the dealership now and in the future to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Toyota in our circle of friends and relatives.

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
This purchase was our daughters first car. Alan explained all the equipment and safety features thoroughly before we took the test drive. He was very professional and was able to answer any question we asked. I felt very comfortable dealing with him (he explained everything to my daughter as if it were his own child) very caring and made sure she understood. The finishing touch of the balloons when we picked up the car made it very special to her. Al Pearson in the financing department was also very thorough and professional - we chated during the whole process as if we were old friends. We never felt pressured in any way. I would definitely come back to purchase another vehicle and will recommend Browns Toyota to my family friends. I can't say enough about our positive experience.

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
We came car shoping late afternoon on a Saturday. Charles did an excellent job introducing us to the car, finding a car we watned and working out a good deal. He stayed with us through the whole process to make sure we were cared for down the line. True service.

Ed handled the financials and worked us through providing us the deals we wanted.

Both were open and straight forward.

I always had the sense that as a customer I was valued.

I had some additional equipment added the following Monday and the car of the service staff seemed just as interested in ensuring my satisfication. When Charles saw me there he made sure I didn't have any additional questions on the car.
