Ed was a pleasure to deal with. Even though Ed works out of the Buick dealership, he gladly took us to the Chevy Dealership to look at the Equinox. We did buy the Equinox and the entire experience was very good.

Ed was fantastic to deal with. He was knowledgeable and a gentlemen. We then dealt with Darren in financing. All I can say is FANTASTIC. Darren is very helpful and always leads you down the best path with financing. Our overall experience was fantastic. We would highly recommend the dealership. This is our 5th purchase from this dealership - we couldn't say enough nice things about them. Their staff is great...!!!!!

I leased a Buick LaCross in the month of February 2012 I had to pleasure to work with Ed Smuda. Ed was very helpfull and knowledgeable in assisting me with trade in of my 2010 Buick LaCross for the 2012 Buick LaCross. Ed also assisted me in making an appointment with the garage to inflate my tires with nitrogen.

I went to see Ed yesterday, April 19, 2012 to trade in my Buick Enclave and to lease a new 2012 Buick Enclave. Once again Ed demonstrated his professional knowledge in assisting me with the trade in and the lease of the new Buick. Ed also assisted me in aquiring the custom rubber floor mats for my new Buick Enclave.

I will continue to deal with Lester glenn Buick and Ed Smuda.

I went in to Lester Glenn after being referred by my mother and also a friend, and was extremely happy with my choice of dealership. I was immediately welcomed as I walked in. All of the staff were immensely friendly and helpful with any questions I may have had. This was my first major car-buying experience so I was a little nervous going in, but the staff were genuinely nice and welcoming which put me at ease and made the car-buying process a breeze. I will definitely be going back for every future car purchase, and have already started recommending friends and family to the Lester Glenn Group. Thank you to Don, Ed, and Ryan for all your hard work. I absolutely love my car!!
