My Review of Jack Giambalvo Hyundai Mazda:
I read reviews of dealers before I bought my new car. I bought a new 2012 Mazda 3, the people at this dealership were really a pleasure to work with, especially Ed Ditzel and Ed Snyder. Ed Ditzel was nice, showed me all the features of the car, gave me a great quote and Ed Synder was the finance person and he did not try to push me towards something I did not need. I would definitely recommend Ed Ditzel to anyone looking forward to buying a new car.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. My husband and I have been through alot over the past year with him being laid off and then finally finding work. Then last week my car was totaled outside of where I work. Being in the healthcare industry, I needed transportation. Being without is not an option. Dave Kistler took his time and did everything he could to get us approved. The vehicle I was in love with, we bought.A 2010 Dodge Caliber. Iam telling everyone I work with to come to this dealership. Ed Snyder was very friendly and made the paperwork signing actually fun. :) Thank you SO much for all your help. Its so nice to know that in these times, people will go to bat for you.

My Review of Jack Giambalvo Hyundai Mazda:
Hyundai,
I was in previously with another person dealing with Jayme Cabott. My overview on the experience then is what brought me back in when it came time for ME to buy. I had considered a couple of different types of vehicles, but the overall friendliness and confidence brought me in without any unsettling feeling. Jayme is truly a quality salesman and represented that dealership and business with utmost profesionalism. I have already recommended him to multiple people and wish that business a great future! From an overall perspective, every person in that dealership did not miss a beat with greeting, welcoming, and making sure I had everything I needed before I left. Ed was very thorough when it came to describing what I was signing and Matt was very helpfull in keeping me occupied until Jayme was available. This of course, was because I did not call to set up an appointment first. Anyhow, good luck to the team in selling quality vehicles for years to come!!!

My Review of Jack Giambalvo Hyundai Mazda:
We bought a 2007 Toyota Tacoma from Mani and he was top notch!! He took us over to where the truck was parked a few miles down the road at their Buick dealership. We test drove it and loved it. We made a deal to buy it. When the truck was taken down to Maryland for a state inspection someone in another truck/car backed into our truck and broke out the tail light and put a dent/scratch in the tailgate in ours. Mani made sure that the truck was fixed back to the orginal shape!!! He is very responsive with both returning emails and phone calls. Would definetly recommend to our friends and family to see him if buying a truck/car!!

Ed was great at financing the truck with us. He found a great rate and terms for us. Even though this was far from being the first time my wife or I had bought/financed a vehicle he explained all the paperwork very clearly and covered everything!! He is also a very friendly person which made the paperwork go very easy and fast!

We would look again at Jack Giambalvo dealerships and hope to find the same two guys to deal with for buying and financing!! They are both friendly and knowlegeable, true assets for Jack Giambalvo!!
