I had a very favorable experience buying our new Outback from Suburban Subaru in Stuart, FL.

Sales associate Ed Vossen , who came highly recommended from a friend, proved to be a very personable, knowledgeable , courteous man who was very giving of his time and expertise. He always communicated promptly and professionally via phone and email, patiently going over all my many questions about the vehicle. He took ample time to explain all the various features, both during the test drive and when we took delivery of our vehicle a few days later. I will definitely recommend Ed Vossen to all my friends, family and patients who may be in the market for a superior car and superior service experience. Keep up the good work, Ed.

First stopped in to see vehicle, spoke to Ed, but did not test drive. Came back 2 wks later, Ed on vacation, spoke to Tim Smith, test drove 2 cars, informed Tim of initial contact with Ed. All staff were professional, low key and easy to deal with. Hate buying a new vehicle, but their attitude made an unpleasant task easy. They did it all, including registering with the state and a thorough introduction to all features.

Ed was great to deal with, he wasn't pushy and he was very kind and answered all of my questions. everyone made me feel very comfortable, right down to signing the financial paperwork. I hate buying a car, it has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had to deal with, until I went to Suburban Subaru! Thank you for making it a pleasant, hassle free experience!

My Review of Suburban Subaru of Stuart:
I saw a car that I wanted online at Suburban Subaru's website and requested a scheduled test drive after business hours. Ed is the person who works Internet sales and he called me back the next morning. I couldn't get to the dealership for a full week as it was a three hour drive away (no other dealer less than five hours away had what I wanted, and I may be in the minority but I prefer to work with the dealership that actually has the car I want in it's inventory). I had to push the visit back a day, Ed emailed that he'd see me then. Unfortunately for me, someone had put a down payment on it the night before my test drive/purchase but I figured maybe I could swing a deal with a pricier model which had the options I wanted. I met with Ed, inquired about the other vehicle and took it for a test drive. We made the numbers work, and I drove out with a much more enjoyable car.
Everyone that I spoke to or worked with at Suburban Subaru was very nice, but not because they had to be, it was genuine. This is the fourth new car dealership that I bought from along with two used dealerships, and by far this was the best experience I've ever had. A new car is a major purchase and I have no regrets driving a 6 hour round trip to work with Suburban Subaru and Ed Vossen in particular.

My Review of Suburban Subaru of Stuart:
My experience with this dealership was exceptionally good. I basically bought a new Subaru Outback over the phone and Ed Vossen, the salesman, was extremely helpful in guiding me towards the best choice after carefully considering my needs. Never, during the whole transaction, did I feel pressured by Ed to make a decision. The whole experience was like talking to an old and trusted friend about the virtues of a given car. The price I paid for the car was also very fair.
Jimmy Taylor, the sales manager, in addition to personally preparing all the documents also described, in a detailed fashion, the extended warranty options available to me. Again, there was absolutely no pressure put on me to purchase any one of these options.
I wholeheartedly recommend you contact Suburban Subaru in Stuart, and in particular Ed Vossen, if you are contemplating buying a Subaru or any other car in their inventory.

It's the easiest place to buy a great new car. I love the Forester and the no pressure sales staff made the experience of parting with my hard earned money a painless process. I felt appreciated as a customer. Ed even found me an accessory the dealership didn't sell at another business. Now that's customer service!

Ed was very helpful, I had an idea of what I wanted, he showed me around to the vehicle I described, no bs, he didn't try to get me into something I didn't want. Very friendly. Eric I believe was the sales manager that processed all the paperwork, very nice guy, we talked offshore fishing while processing the paperwork.
