I went to return some spark plugs for a previous car, and I just got news that the car I drove in was not going to work for me anymore. Not smoggable and had to replace the engine. So new car it is. I drive in thinking, eh I should at least take a look and see if there's anything here for me. I walked all around the lot and the car that I liked was the Nissan Cube. Right as I take a peak into it Israel comes up and introduces himself and he asks me what I need and how he can help. From there I had to easiest buying experience I've ever had. This is my second car from this dealership. I owned the previous car til 308,000 miles. I really love Nissans, great cars.

I haven't bought a new car in years and because of that I really was dreading buying another car, although I really needed a newer vehicle. Israel and Perry made sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered. I wasn't there all day, which I was very happy about, and I now have a beautiful car to replace the one I drove in with. I am so happy and grateful for this experience! Even the Finance dude, Nathen, was professional and not pushy. Very nice and quick! Such a good combination!! I felt very supported as if Angels were walking me in each step of the process to take home a sweet car!!! Love my Nissan Cube!!!

If I Were To Rate The Dealship Itself It Would Have Been 3.5 Out Of 5. The GM Alone Would Have Been An Easy 5 Stars But Heres My Reason Why For The 3.5.

I Purchased A Used Nissan (Witch I LOVE) But All Thanks To Sam He Made It Happen. As For The Salesmen. I Dont Know If Because I Bought A Used Car I Didnt Receive The Full Potential Of Service. The Salesman Tried To Sell Me The Extra Key That EVERYONE Receives When You Get A Car Out For About 175$. BUT I Called SAM And He Made Sure I Received My Smart Key For Free. Another Flaw Was The Perks I Didnt Receive After My Purchase. I Did Get A Car Wash But A Full Tank Sounds Better. I Went Back Two Days After And A Couple Next To Me Had The Same Salesman And I Heard Him Say To Them That Once The Car Is Done Being Washed He Will Fill Up The Tank Then Call Them Out For The Car. It Upset Me VERY MUCH To See That I Didnt Receive Non Of This.

As For Sam. What Can I Say. He Is A Very Kind Man. And Will Make Things Happen For You No Matter What Is Going On In Your Life. Like In My Case I Have Bad Credit And My Mother In Bankruptsy But That Didnt Stop Sam From Making It Happen And He Did. I Got My 09 Nissan Altima The Next DaY After A Couple Of Calls He Made. Lastly He Was Very Kind To Me When I Asked For The Extra Key And A Couple More Services I Needed For My Car. Really Recommend Talking To Him And Purchasing A Car From His Service And Magic.
