My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
Best experience we've ever had at a dealership. We submitted a request online to see the MDX and received an email right away. Tina then followed up the next morning to set up an appointment. When we arrived, Tina was there to greet us and introduce us to Eddie who helped us find the car we wanted. Eddie showed us every MDX that we were interested in and wasn't pushy at all even though it took us a few hours to decide. Once we found the MDX we wanted, Eddie was able to work with us on the price until we were comfortable. We couldn't have been happier with our purchase and would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family. Thank you Tina and Eddie.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I've had absolutely great experience with this dealership. Sales manager Mike Lasko and salesman Eddie is easy to work with and makes your car buying experience hassle free. I bought my MDX from these guys and was totally happy with the car, the deal and the dealer that I recommended them to family and friends who bought 3 other cars from them. If you are buying Acura or any other quality used cars, do not buy without checking these guys out first!!

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
We began looking for a high value used car 2 months ago.


Eddie McGeehan was gave me updates each week of the cars available at his dealership as the first visit we didn't find a car in our price range on the first visit.

He followed up until he found the right car for us. He was never pushy but persistent.

He found us a great car with a reasonable price and the overall experience was very good although it took all afternoon.

We would recommend this dealer out of the 10 or 12 we visited in the past couple of months.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I originally went to Springfield Acura looking for a Certified Pre Owned TSX. Was not satisfied and actually became frustrated. Received help from Tina, Edward, Ryan and Mr. Matos. Overall, my experience was great. Everyone was super attentive and very helpful. Throughout the whole application process and information gathering, I told Ryan and Edward what I wanted and what my goal was, and they did their best to get me to that point. The whole staff did their part making sure my needs were met. I would definitely refer anyone to this dealership and I plan on maintaining my services with them as well. An overall frustrating experience became an enjoyable one once at this dealership and all thanks to the staff who not only cares about selling a car, but making the customer happy.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I went into the dealership and was treated like an actual customer. They did all the work for me. I started in the Internet Department where Jewell took the time to explain to me the difference between all of the vehicle packages, what colors were in stock, when I could take a test drive, and how to apply for financing. When I came into the dealership I was then introduced to Eddie who sat down with me and went into even further detail about the vehicle put me into a test drive, they did this knowing that I was not going to make a purchase the same day. A couple of days later when I did make a final decision to purchase a 2012 Acura TL they worked out a price that I could not refuse. They then set up a time for me to come in and go directely into the finance department where I met with Bryan Hansen. Bryan had all of my paperwork ready for me before I even walked into the building so that once I was there all I had to do was sign the paperwork and get ready to leave. Once I signed all of the paperwork and was ready to leave all three of them then walked me out to my vehicle helped me move over all of my belongings, showed more of the features, set up my bluetooth phone and made the entire experience very enjoyable. I have bought many cars and never liked the experiences that I have had. The sales team at Bridgewater Acura made me feel like I was a famil member not a stranger.Even the General Manager Mike Galietta came out and asked was I being treated well and was there anyhting that he could do to help. The Sales Managers Mike Lasko and Jeff Casole made sure to come out and at least say hello. I was treated like I was an owner. I will only be buying my vehicles in the future from the team at Bridgeeater Acura. I would especially recommend Jewell, Eddie, and Bryan who worked great together and made my experience the best I ever had.
