Eddie Mitchell at Framingham Nissan

I recently purchased a used Nissan Altima... great car slightly priced high but you could buy it as it was well maintained. I dealt with Eddie .. great guy .. will come to assist you even if it was his day off on a Sunday ... Just beware that if your promised a coupon or a discount dont bet on it till Rodrigo or who ever you deal with the finances tells you that cause they kind off threw me off with Eddie promising something and then its a broken promise cause it really wasn't there ... over all if I want to buy my next car from Nissan it will be from these GUYS....

I recently bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna at Framingham Nissan. The salesman, Eddie Mitchell, was friendly, very easy to work with and knowledgeable about the van. We were able to work out a fair deal for my trade-in and he even delivered the Sienna to us in Maine! Everyone that I dealt with, including Greg, Ruben, and Rodrigo, was very professional. Even after the sale they went the extra mile and replaced a missing key fob for me. Thanks, guys!

I had a great experience at Framingham Nissan, very professional and friendly environment. They went above and beyond to help me. The best price and customer service. I went to by a car after I totaled my car, my credit was a big challenge but they stayed by my side looking for the best interest rate. The bottom line is, I went to buy one car and left with 2 cars with affordable monthly payments and new cars.

I would like to thank a Mr. Eddie Mitchell for making my first dealer experience fast,easy and most importantly pleasant. Eddie was friendly and helpful in every way and i did not once get the feeling i was being ripped off. He updated me on the status of our transaction frequently and always returned my calls ASAP. Eddie helped me figure out the best possible way to finance my new vehicle and very enthusiastic when assisting with paperwork. I would also like to note Eddie's patience in dealing with someone like myself who has never bought a car before. I also find it important to note Eddie's sense of humor, he kept me chuckling and had a hilarious obsession with the dealerships popcorn machine.

I want to thank Mr. Eddie Mitchell for all his hard work in getting me into my 2004 Volkswagen Jetta. Since day 1 I walked in the dealership he welcomed me kindly and did everything within his powers to make sure at the end of the day i was happy and got into the car i was searching for. My boyfriend and i went looking to purchase a car just a few weeks ago. My boyfriend found their website, and liked the look of their inventory so we went over, and we were not disappointed. We quickly found the car we saw online and test drove it with Eddie who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. One thing to remember, when buying any car is to go into the dealership. We spoke to someone over the phone who said they would not budge on the internet price, but once we were there, they were much more receptive to having more of an exchange about the price. We bought the car that day and have been very happy with it.
