Our experience was outstanding. No hard sell! Everyone worked as a team. We left feeling we made the right decision. We love the Santa Fe. Frank, our primary salesperson, went the extra mile. All our questions were answered. We even had our cell phones activated to the bluetooth feature!!

better than normal buying experience. iniitial offer was fair, trade was fair, overall price was decent. entire staff is friendly and helpful. $600 dealer fee is a bit excessive but i left satisfied with purchase. one of only two dealers i could find to offer specific prices over net. everyone else wanted me to stop by for specifics.

it's a bit early into the purchase to critique this vehicle. i will say the staff and management know their stuff. friendly, personable and knowledgeable. if you can look at a car purchase as being a pleasant experience, then you must add hyundai st. augustine as one of those experiences. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience. Eddy went out of his way to accomodate us, and make us feel at home during the transaction. His follow up after the sale -- test drive, car detailing, front license plate holder install -- was excellent as well. Jimmy handled the financial aspect of the deal with great care and made sure we were very clear on the various fees and costs. Andrew was also very caring and friendly, and made certain that his staff had treated us well. All in all, I would have no problem recommending Hyundai of St. Augustine to my friends. The product speaks for itself, but the experience at the dealer certainly facilitated our decision to do business here.

My Review of Hyundai of St. Augustine:
My family and I all own Hyundai's. However, we bought them all at different locations in Florida because of where we live. I have to admit, I wish I bought my vehicle in St. Augustine (but the location was not there yet) like my husband did. He just purchased a new Genesis from Eddie and the Hyundai staff. He was treated very well. It was straight to the point, in and out, no back and fourth communicating between the pricing of the vehicle. He got a very good deal and is very satisfied with his purchase. The staff is amazing and they give you great customer service.

I bought my car in Gainesville and I did not receive any type of respect or satisfaction like my husband did at the St. Augustine location. I LOVE my car, but the staff was not what it should be. Living in St. Augustine makes my husband and I happy that we can get great customer service from friendly staff, as well as great service from the service department.

If you are looking to purchase a new or used car, check out Hyundai of St. Augustine! They are great people who care, which is rare nowadays!!

the entire experiance in working with this dealership was pleasant and professional from A thru Z. No double talk. The test ride was long enough to allow one to really get the feel for the car,as opposed to other "around the block' rides I have taken. I would buy another vehicle form this dealership.

I traded in my old Tiberon for a newer year Tiberon. The salesman, Eddie Hackney was great. I had a minor problem with the sunroof and Eddie was right on it. I even received a loaner car until mine was repaired. The customer service is great. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

I recommend this dealership and Eddy Hackney because as a woman shopping alone, I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at any time. Eddy was very welcoming, knowledgeable, fair with the trade in value of my existing vehicle, answered all my questions, and put me at ease during the buying process. He fed me snacks while I waited and had my vehicle cleaned, waxed, beautiful and ready to take home. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and the dealership was bright and clean. I feel like I am a valued customer for life and will refer other customers to this dealership in the future.

All the the guys at the dealer we friendly, helpful and wonderful. They all took their time to make sure we were satisfied and were not pushy. I will only buy cars from them from now on after 30 years of buying cars this was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealer.
