This dealer is exceptional. I contacted them in February regarding ordering a new 2012 Abarth. I literally received a call from Edgar not FIVE minutes after I submitted my contact information on the form. I put my deposit down that day. Throughout the build process, Edgar was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and kept me well informed. My order was placed on 3/8 and I was in my car on 6/2. The car came in early, and Edgar called to inform me and sounded as giddy about it as I felt! When I picked the car up that Saturday, the service was outstanding. I have NEVER had a better car buying experience, period. They even beat my credit union's financing! By the time I drove off the lot, I felt that I had made a new friend. Keep in mind that this dealer is an hour away from me, and I will not hesitate to go back for service, and when it's time for a new Abarth!

My Review Of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:

When I emailed this dealership, my inquiry had been responded to within the hour. When contacting the dealership, I was quickly referred and connected to a Fiat salesperson. That person was Edgar Floyd. I made arrangements to go in and simply look at a vehicle that was discussed the previous day. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Edgar who had placed the vehicle in the showroom for convenience and comfort (air conditioning as it was a hot day). As numbers were discussed, the dealership was upfront but accommodating while being realistic. When the deal was finalized, I was a tiny bit apprehensive which was immediately taken care of (regarding pricing, etc.). The car was then prepared in an expeditious manner so as to avoid my having to drive back to the dealer. This was quite helpful because I live 40 minutes away.

My total experience so far has been delightful and I love the car! Please see Edgar as he gets the job done with utmost customer satisfaction.
