My Review of Sport Durst Millennium Mazda Hyundai:
This was my first car buying experience and I would say that Edgar Roman and the Sport Durst family when out of their way to make it exceptional.
I was assisted by Edgar Roman. Edgar was fantastic he was not pushy and was very patient with me. He was also very polite and I could tell he had done his due diligence, as he was very intelligible about the cars I was looking at and all features it offered. Edgar really helped me see the value in the cars I was looking and helped me to see which cars meet the qualities I was looking for and which did not. I had many questions for Edgar and he was able to answer all of them, even after hours when he was not at the dealership Edgar was responsive to my calls and questions.
As for the Sport Durst Family, I spent a lot of time in the dealership looking at many options and weighing them all. During this time I was not only able to have a good experience but I was also able to see other sales people inter act with other customers. What I saw was phenomenal. They treated everyone as family and were always trying to please customers.
I have heard of terrible car buying experiences and how all dealerships are there to rip you off but I do not feel this was the case at Sport Durst. The finance team was very straight forward and was not there to swindle more money out of my pocket. They gave me the best deal possible and took very good care of me. Chanel was very helpful. She was able to lay out all of my options and make sure that I choose the best for my situation.
I would definitely recommend Sport Durst to all my friends and Family. I was a wonderful experience.
