The Service Department is excellent! James is a great consultant, knowledgeable, friendly, honest! Explanations were clear and I felt like a person, not a number. I went to this Lexus Location After Being At Two Other Lexus Dealerships for a noise coming from reat end despite being disappointed at the previous locations. I scheduled a appointment for first thing on a Saturday morning, with low expectations, I arrived at 7:40 Am and to my surprise there was 15 cars ahead of me. Once Checked In I met Service Advisor Jason Britton who listened to my concerns and had a Technician come in and even did a road test with me his name was Steve Harnish he listened carefully and trouble shot by asking questions. Asked Me To leave car a couple days because he wanted to do additional checking. Monday I Got Call Advising what they found in one day that others missed in several visits, I Had seized trailing arms in the rear. I was flabbergasted and annoyed at the same time, flabbergasted because the other dealerships didn't catch. What had been on going for 13 months was located in a day. Took a few days to get the parts but was repaired within a week. Mr. Britton and Mr. Harnish Ought To Recognized and acknowledged for their professionalism, politeness and being personable. More

My wife purchased a tire replacement program with her RX 450H. After a few years, we purchased some of the best rated Goodyear tires to replace her worn down tires. About a year later she had a nail in a t 450H. After a few years, we purchased some of the best rated Goodyear tires to replace her worn down tires. About a year later she had a nail in a tire. She called Lexus, and they said they would take care of it. When we got her car back they had replaced her Goodyear tire with a totally different brand and tire. Now her car has 3 of 1 type tire and 1 different tire. If you call any tire place or search online you will find you should NEVER do this unless it is an emergency situation. I emailed the dealership 3 times over 2 weeks with no response, so I called the Lexus corporate offices. It took 7 days for corporate to even get a response from this dealership. The response they gave was that they replace tires with the original equipment. I told them this was not acceptable. Lexus corporate said they would get Sheehy Lexus to call me but no one called. Through my research I found that having 1 different tire on a car causes uneven wear, decreases handling, limits performance, causes tires to need replaced faster, and last, but not least, shows a car that has been poorly cared for which effects trade in value. Needless to say, there is NO VALUE in the Sheehy Lexus tire program. More

I went to Sheehy Lexus to check out a certified car. I moved here recently and am looking for a good Lexus dealer to service in the future and was interested in a lease. George Queen greeted me but said that he had customer in finance and another about to leave. He said to wait in lounge and he would get to me. Time went by and he never came back 20 minutes later. I read the poor reviews while waiting and decided that the reviews are accurate. I wasn't even offered a water like other customers. I left and went to Lindsay for better treatment. More
