Skeeter was born and raised in Medford, and he and his family still live in town. He loves the 370Z and looks forward to the Southern Oregon Z car club's show at the Nissan store every summer. Skeeter enjoys spending time tweaking his Titan when he and his wife aren't busy working in the yard or taking care of their foster children. He's been at the store since the winter of 2008, but has been working in the field for almost two decades.

The service section is without a doubt, professionals at their jobs! Saving me hundreds of dollars due to their diligence and abilities. If your not killed with kindness and respect at the same time, while you get your car serviced, then I would be surprised. They definitely fulfill their role of service in lithia nissan and then some!

My Review Of Lithia Nissan of Medford:

I had a great experience at Lithia Nissan, 600 N. Central in Medford, Oregon.
I took my 1988 Dodge Dakota in for a oil change plus service. Bob Miller and Skeeter Ramirez (the service writer) gave me exceptional attention. Not only did they handle all the details, but made sure I was treated fairly and at a reasonable rate for service rendered.
The mechanic checked the total truck out and gave recommendations of work that may need to be done.
They seem to care about my needs and safety of operation of said truck.
I also have a Chevrolet SSR which I have serviced at this facility.
I am over protective of my SSR and will not allow many people to work on, However under Bob Miller's watchful eyes, I completely have faith to leave the SSR there.
Once again i can not express my gratitude to Lithia Nissan and Robert Sacks.

My Review Of Lithia Nissan of Medford:

It's always a pleasure to bring my car in for its service. This team of professionals; Skeeter, Jacob and Caleb work so well as a team. They seem to have fun together and really cover each other when the other is not present. It makes you feel comfortable, particularly when you know so little about cars as I do, knowing that they advise and suggest and are on top of recalls, or problems that might occur with your individual car. Consistency of personnel is important and whoever selected these guys to work together did well in team selection.

My husbands and my relationship started with a pre-buy inspection on a vehicle that we were considering buying through a private party. From the time we drove up to the service bay at Lithia Nissan we felt very welcomed by Jim. After we purchased our Murano,we have continued to take it back to Lithia Nissan for everything from regular maintenance to needed repairs and always receive nothing but superior service from Jim, Skeeter & Ken. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Without hesitation we would recommend this dealership for all your vehicle service needs.

The service department at this dealership is one of the best I have ever dealt with. A couple of times I just dropped in to have a small adjustment or repair made and despite them appearing busy, they have always taken care of me quickly and with a smile. All of my dealings with Lithia Nissan of Medford have been stellar! The service dept. is the best I have ever used. They take excellent care of all my Nissan vehicles and I would not use any other service dept. at any other dealer.

Skeeter Ramirez is a genuine star at customer service and is a treasure who should be valued at the highest rate possible.

Skeeter, Jim and their whole service team have always been great to us. They always treat us like " friends and family " and do their best to get quality service for us in a timely manner and always with a smile. I know they really care and that is so important. They go above and beyond in their service ! Everyone on their service team is great . I was in the other morning waiting for my ride back home with their van driver while my car was being serviced and Robert Sacks, the Lithia Nissan manager, walked by and asked if I was being taken care of.
