I have done business for with Kia Country for some time now. I am very happy with the kind of deal they give me and the quality of service I get. This is my fourth Kia now and I have not had any problems with any of them. Anything that did go wrong was taken car of as soon as I took the car in. Thank you to Elijah he is one of the best salesmen that I have ever dealt with!!!

Elijah Tucker meet me upon my arrival and worked with me and my wife to purchase a 2012 Kia Sorento. This was my first visit to a Kia dealership and although I had no intention of making a purchase that day, the no hassle environment and the confidence Elijah exuded in the Kia brand compared to other market brands stood out and the 10 yr warranty for a new Sorento along with the sales team working with me on a price that I could manage ended up with us driving off in our first Kia thanks to the outstanding professional salesmanship of Elijah Tucker. My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
Elijah and Jermaine found me EXACTLY the Sorento I was looking for! I sent an inquiry to Kia Country on the internet and got a followup call the next day. After giving a very specific list of colors and features, the salesman located the vehicle and went out of his way to facilitate the deal. Elijah even came to my work location and had my trade in appraised. He brought me the perfect Sorento to test drive. As a single mom with a tight schedule, I really appreciated the excellent customer service. It was so smooth, just like placing an order and having it delivered. Literally the next day!

Elijah got me the right price, color and features, all by my birthday that weekend! and he brought it to me! I couldn't be happier. He and Jermaine answered all my questions. Elijah even helped ensure my son's carseat was properly installed before I left and walked me through all the new functions, (more than once!) Actually, so did Harry. I am very impressed with the sales team at Kia Country and love my new Sorento. Thanks guys!

My 2005 Kia Sorento died after 6 good years and over 220,000 miles. I was refered by the service department to Elijah Tucker who did an outstanding job understanding what my wife and I needed from a price and performance stand point. He used great skill and determination in finding the vehicle and the "price" that we needed. I will use Elijah and Kia Country in the furture.

Started off with an Internet quote, with Jermaine who was wonderful. We were not even sure if we were serious yet but we went to the dealership just look around. Now I own a Kia Soul, yes in that funky green too, and I love it!!! Elijah helped us and was super fantastic, and happy to answer all of my questions. He really wanted to make us happy, infact everyone was did. We got a fair trade in price and a great price on our new car. It's a very clean and inviting environment. We didn't have to be there for hours either!!! There was no pressure and Elijah was very upfront with us, which is exactly what I wanted. If I know someone looking for a new car and a great deal, I will denfinatly be sending them to Kia Country of Charleston!!! Did I say how happy I am??

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
I did lots of research on the car, options and prices so I knew what I wanted and what a fair price was. I emailed Jermaine White, the internet sales manager about what I wanted (I'd met him on a fact finding expedition several months earlier) and he sent me a link for a car that met my needs and a price that was right where I thought it should be. I was going to be in town the next day and Elijah Tucker called and said he'd have the car ready to go and the right people there to give me an offer on my old car.

Everything was exactly as it should be. There were no surprises (well, maybe THAT is a surprise) and it all went very quickly and my wife and I were back on the road with my new car.
