In my experience and personal opinion - I could never recommend these people to anyone who really likes cars. After purchasing a very expensive car from them - I discovered some small but noticeable ble recommend these people to anyone who really likes cars. After purchasing a very expensive car from them - I discovered some small but noticeable blemishes and notified them IMMEDIATELY. Sure, I wish I had seen these before but I figured they would take care of it. Nope. At first they declined to even ask about possible warranty coverage but when I mentioned that I had not received the survey from Ford, they had someone else reach out. Even then, they made obvious excuses as to why the damage was caused by ME or someone else besides them. In any case, again, all of this is my experience and opinion but they failed to do anything in my case, other than accept my money for a car...after that, they want nothing to do with you. I was obviously frustrated and I'm sure that came through on the phone but they sent me a flakey email saying that I had a threatening tone and because of that, they would "cease and desist any attempts to rectify" which I found as just an excuse to do what they were going to do the whole time, which is, nothing. I already told them that I would be writing a review to which they replied that they will answer social media posts - so I'm sure they will have some story to add (you can see that they do this to any negative review) to this but all I can do is explain my opinion and what I felt happened in my case. More

Complete Disrespect 1. Service Department Manager was extremely rude, cursing. 2. Could not identify the issue, twice. 3. Removed my poor reviews on other plat forms. 1. Have not received a call back regarding 1-3. *Issue was later remedied with a $40 part and 10 min service from another dealership tech. I would go to any other dealer for service than this one solely because the manager. I will likely not buy any vehicle from them again. If I were you, I would not. More

Sunrise Ford is Customer Service We just purchased a new Ford F-150 for our business. When we came to the dealership to pick it up they had it detailed and backed in by the front door We just purchased a new Ford F-150 for our business. When we came to the dealership to pick it up they had it detailed and backed in by the front door. We were greeted by our names and then taken inside to talk to a young lady by the name of Carol who knew ALL of the features of the F-150. Then we spoke to another young lady (Rebecca) who explained the deal that we had agreed too and made sure we understood everything before we went into the finance office. The finance office couldn't have been easier to deal with. There was no pressure to buy anything I didn't feel like we needed and Ms. Nelson explained EVERYTHING so we felt very comfortable that we had picked the right dealership. If you're looking for a great truck and customers service is important to you then Sunrise Ford of Ft. Pierce is it. More

Great customer experience Let me preface this with the fact that i have never took the time to post any comments online...ever! So you know this must have made an impression on Let me preface this with the fact that i have never took the time to post any comments online...ever! So you know this must have made an impression on me. I recently purchased a 2013 F-150 FX2 and just had to express how impressed I was with Mr. Wetteland and the experience I had. I have bought 2 vehicles from sunrise ford in the past but had not bought a new vehicle in over 10 years (had my last ford for 12+ years). Even though I haven't been there in over a decade, I was treated like I bought a car there every year. I have never bought a new vehicle from another dealership and cant see any reason I would. I am proud to say that customer service is alive and well at that dealership. Feels good to know that some places still hold on to that hometown dealership feel and way of doing business. Also, I LOVE THE TRUCK! More
