My Review Of Carriage Kia:

I bought my Carriage Kia Sorrento in June, 2012. It was completely stress-free. From my very first visit to the closing of the deal, I experienced knowledgable, friendly service from every employee I came in contact with. I was also impressed with the follow-up from customer service. I have just gone through my second oil change, along with a tire rotation service, and I continue to be completely satisfied with the services and staff at Carriage Kia.

My Review Of Carriage Kia:

Darrell Lyles my sales person was just great. My wife and I had trouble agreeing on a color combination so Darrell worked tirelessly bringing cars up for our review. We also changed our mind regarding a V6 versus a 4 cylinder. Again Darrell helped us decide on the 4 cylinder. He also let us drive the 4 cylinder for the nite to help us appreciate the driving characteristics. He presented leasing options as well as buying options. He literally spent hours with us and his attitude never faultered from excellent! The first year free service was a nice bonus. Elyse did a super job describing all the vehicles features. I am 69 years old so this is not my first "rodeo". The people at Carridge KIA are the best I have ever dealt with!

The number one reason for the high rating I have given Carriage KIA is the courteous, friendly, but professional service we received from the first contact with staff until we drove away in my new Soul. Darryl Lyles gave us all we needed to make an informed decision but we were not overly pressured, which we appreciate so much. We intend to tell everyone about our experience and recommend Carriage KIA!

The process was timely, but the friendliness of the employees made it seem shorter. We were waited on promptly. The sales team were more than willing to make the trade-in possible. We did not feel pressured in any way.

My Review Of Carriage Kia:

I would absolutely recommend this dealership to all my friends, family, and colleagues. The sales staff were so friendly and extremely knowledgeable of their product. We never felt pressured to buy only reminded of the quality, safety and value we would be getting if we purchased a Kia. While, Michael Pinglianti originally greeted us at our first visit, Chad Calhoun spent a lot of time with us going over the features of both the Optima and the Sorento. He also coordinated our test drives. Since we couldn't decide on-the-spot which vehicle would be best for our family, we decided to go home and weigh the options...The next morning, we returned and were again greeted by Michael. We had decided on the Sorento because of the cargo space. Michael took his time showing us Sorentos that had the features we wanted on the suv. From there we began the financial paperwork. This went very smoothly. Michael and Brian Seagraves worked very hard to get us the best deal on the model and package we wanted and could afford. Once the paperwork was signed, Elyse Fencik spent time showing us how all the inside features worked-she even synced my phone so I could begin making hands-free calls immediately. We drove off the lot EXTREMELY satisfied with our purchase-from the customer service to the price to the unbeatable safety features-Carriage Kia's personnel and the Kia company can't be beat!

Since I purchased my 2011 Kia Optima from this dealership, I have been amazed at
the professionalism displayed in every department I have come in contact with. When I am approached by others that are admiring my classy vehicle, I always end the conversation by handing them a Carriage auto group card and let them know I have been
totally satisfied with both my Kia, and the exemplary service I receive at Carriage.
I even tell them about having my free service and getting a free car wash to boot.
