My Review Of Park Ave BMW:

I have a 2008 BMW 535xiT wagon, now out of warranty, and I live in NYC. I am a car enthusiast, love BMWs and will not tolerate being told a load of baloney by a dealership. Park Ave BMW is the only place I would consider taking my car for service. It isn't cheap, but it is by far the best service facility I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. First, it is a beautiful facility - open, spacious and clean. Second, they have customer service down to a science. They always assign the same service representative to me, so I am greeted by the friendly face of Eric Cuello every time I arrive. He efficiently and professionally discusses the issue with me, and I am out of there with a nice loaner in a few minutes. Eric then calls me with the diagnosis and the cost before proceeding with the work, and calls again when the car is ready. Third, and perhaps most importantly, the technicians are absolutely first rate at Park Ave. I have had my share of issues with the car, and Park Ave. has consistently been able to correctly diagnose the issue and fix it promptly, even identifying issues that were done improperly at other BMW dealerships (e.g. improperly installed sunroof cartridge) and correcting them. And they always seem to have the parts too, as I never seem to have to wait for them. I have read nightmares on BMW forums about the way other dealers have handled the same issues I experienced, and this makes me trust and appreciate Park Ave all the more. Bottom line: Eric and the Park Avenue team are first rate and I'll gladly give them the highest rating. The only reason I put a 4 for cost is that BMW parts and service are expensive, but based on my experience with other dealers, I believe I am getting a fair price at Park Ave.

Eric Cuello is a great customer service representative. He is professional, sincere, committed to his customers and displays outstanding leadership.
Mr. Cuello listen’s to my concerns and offer’s to help by suggesting better alternative’s or solution to whatever the problem may be. While in service, Mr. Cuello keep’s me informed and updated on the issues and repairs of my vehicle. Mr. Cuello makes me feel that he is in complete control of my vehicles service. I feel that my vehicle is in great hands and that he genuinely keep’s my interest and concerns first. He warmly thanks me for my business and invite’s me to come back if I have any other issues. Mr. Cuello is one of the best service representatives I have worked with.

My Review Of Park Ave BMW:

Been dealing with Eric Cuello at Park Ave over the past year and a half and he continues to provide great professional service. Park Ave has managed to troubleshoot issues on my 2001 BMW X5 surrounding major oil leaks, major brake fluid loss, aux fan and control module replacements and a check engine light. Loaner cars have always been available and pricing competitive with other dealers promotions. Great job Eric and Park Ave.

My Review Of Park Ave BMW:

Let me start off by saying that I bought my 2012 X6 August 23rd 2011 brand new. Less than 2 months later, I discovered that my headlights were cracking from the inside and was quite shocked. So just like anyone would I contacted the dealer I bought it from and scheduled an appointment, only to go and be told that it was my fault this happened because they saw the edges of the headlights to be cracking assuming someone tried to steal them, concluding BMW wouldn't approve coverage to get them replaced considering they was $1700 each. I then contacted BMW of North America and explained to them the situation and was told to take it to a different service department and get it reevaluated. So I took it to the Park Ave service department and worked with Eric Cuello and his supervisor and was assured that it would be taken care of and replaced. They explained to me that if it was to be cracked it from inside then eventually the crack would follow through to the outside, in which kind of makes sense. I am really happy with their customer service and their work quality. My father and I have been getting our cars serviced there for years and will continue to do so for as long as we're driving a BMW. I recommend this dealership and service department for all those interested in BMW that are within the area, they are friendly and will assure you have a great experience.

My Review Of Park Ave BMW:

It is important for me to write this review to let others know how exceptional the Park Avenue Service Team was today. This afternoon, I was driving on the highway and noticed that my car was hesitating. Subsequently, the oil light on my dashboard began flashing. I immediately called Park Avenue Service Center in South Hackensack and from the minute the receptionist picked up the phone I was treated with extraordinary service. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating- She mentioned that I could bring my car in immediately and I would be taken care of by a service team member. Mind you, I made the phone call at 3:45 in the afternoon. As soon as I arrived at the service center; which I must say is sharply designed, extremely spacious and noticeably spotless; I was immediately greeted by service team members, Eric Cuello and Danielle Gallucci, who were so helpful in getting my car in for service. They took the time to ask me to explain the problems that I was experiencing and wanted to know every detail so they could give me the best service. Eric's recommendations for additional service packages were very much appreciated as I am approaching the end of my maintenance program and had no idea of the renewal options. I will certainly renew this service program with Eric. Their patience, kind attention and level of professionalism were unparalleled. Shortly after speaking with Eric and Danielle, I walked into the facility and was greeted by the receptionist and escorted to the very comfortable waiting area. My wait was very brief. I had also asked for a loaner as I only have one car. The Service Team notified me that they were running low on loaner vehicles and may not be able to give me one but would do their best. Yet again, they delivered and I had a loaner to drive home. Joe helped me with the paperwork for the loaner and was also so patient and helpful. When I was escorted to the loaner, a service member had the car already turned on with the AC blasting so I would not have to get into a stifling hot car on this 95 degree day. Truly thoughtful. I must say that I have been a long time customer of Prestige BMW but due to the exceptional level of service I received at Park Avenue, I am seriously considering transferring my business to Park Avenue. I am in the service business myself and commend Park Ave BMW for training their employees to be incomparable service leaders and business professionals. Thank you!

Aimon Altai provides my family with his best effort every time we deal with him. There is literally nothing, in the way of car sales or lease, that he has not done to help me and my family. I has recommended him to as many people as I can always with fantastic results. We are on 6 or 7th vehicle purchased or leased.

In addition, Eric Cuello, my service representative is equally attentive and knowledgable.

I travel out of my way to service my and purchase my vehicle from this dealership.
