I first contacted Rockingham Toyota in a response to a craigslist add. I was pleasantly surprised to get a response within 24 Hrs. I then called Eric Guilfoyle, we chatted, he talked with Eric Campbell and gave me some figures for a lease and invited me to visit the dealership and see if they could further assist me. Eric G. was pleasant, prompt and very informative. He was not pushy but assured me they would do all they could to get me the vehicle I wanted. I hung up and decided I would take a ride the next day.

On Sunday Dec.11 I called Eric G., he was at another location but called ahead to let Tom Pare know I 'd be in and said he'd stop by to meet me. I walked in being welcomed by Tom and given Jay, my salesperson. We talked about my conversation with Eric and what I was looking for and I was off driving a 2011 Rav4. I came back, chatted a little more, we agreed on a price, I told them the color I wanted.They didn't have the color I wanted so Tom did a search and was able to locate my choice .I picked up my vehicle today, 12/15. Eric C introduced himself to me and everything went smoothly. Jay gave me the run through of the car(and offered to pick me up to get the vehicle..30min. away)we stopped by parts to check out where everything was( and after doing so I purchased mudguards for my car)and meet the guys and both guys in parts were very helpful and friendly. Finally I meet with the business manager Eddie Najeeullah who informed me of all the warranties, payments, options for gap ins. etc. and cashed me out, so to speak. He answered all my questions and was also very professional and friendly.
Jay was definitely the salesman for me....his supply of Twizzlers and Bullseyes won me over. He did everything he promised and delivered me the vehicle exactly like I ordered it.

I can' say enough about the service I received from the people at Rockingham Toyota. Even the cashier was very pleasant when I paid for my mudguards. I would recommend them to anyone I know considering buying a Toyota. I've had 5 previous Toyotas over the years and this transaction was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience thus far. If their service dept. functions as well as their sales dept. they will continue to secure my business.
